His knowledge, experience, customer service, and professionalism were there from start to finish. My husband phoned him before we arrived and he had the vehicle ready and waiting. He kept in contact with us until the deal was completed. When we went to pick up the vehicle he had it cleaned and detailed. He took the time to pair my husband’s phone and show him how to work certain features in the vehicle that he was not familiar with. We had just recently purchased a IS250C at another dealership for myself and the service we got there could not compare. This young man is awesome!!!! More

He did not make me feel pressured as I had felt at previous dealerships. I told him what I was looking for and my budget. The Kennesaw location did not have what I was looking for but Michael took the time and searched all their locations and found me the perfect car and in my budget. He went a step further to get the car and had it at the dealership waiting for me the next day. I also want to give a shout out to Jim Scarborough who took over for Michael when he was not available, he made sure that I was taken good care of and was happy with my purchase. Because I give customer service all day, everyday, I demand it when I'm a customer anywhere. My rep, Oscar, couldn't have made the experience any better he was truly outstanding! From the time the post was made about the vehicle and there not being any photos, he assured me that it was a great catch! The next day the photos were uploaded and I fell in love. We immediately set up an appointment and he followed up with me throughout the week. I was greeted with a warm welcome and offered light refreshments. I had been searching tirelessly for a pick-up truck and wanted to stay within the Toyota brand, so when ALM posted my ideal Tundra at a price I loved, I hopped on it! Oscar even took the time to help me pair my phone to the vehicle and give me a demonstration on how everything worked, I left the lot ready to roll for the next million miles ro so! Thank you Oscar! I will defintely be returning again, maybe next time for the Maserati! haha, I'll be sure to send my colleagues, friends, and family! God speed. More
