They spent extra time cleaning the car and doing some extra service to it before I took it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else. More

My experience with ALM Kennesaw Because I'm a retired sales manager from auto business, my experience with ALM & my approach was unusual I suppose. I had made a previous purchase (actually trade) from ALM MALL location dealing strictly with a manager. Both times I immediately requested to talk with a manager. This experience involved a BMW convertible I had seen on cars.com and was a straight sale. I guess it was Oscar who answered the phone but I didn't have any real experience with him til pickup/delivery time. The first manager I got a hold of was Don. I identified myself as a former sales manager and a former ALM customer who was out of state, therefore no sales tax, and I was offering an "out the door price" of just under the ad price. Don said it would take about $800 more including some "out of state registration fee" that I still say doesn't exist ....plus a $599 doc fee. After jockeying somewhat Don reduced price, but still was not "hearing" doc fee was not appropriate. Charging it from a customer answering ad which does not disclose it is illegal.... False advertising... Don told me later he knew Autotrader.com ad had a disclaimer about doc fee, Cars.com did not. I saw we weren't accomplishing anything so I ended the call. I called next day and asked who was mgr on duty.... I wanted somebody other than Don. I won't say much about this part of my experience other than I ended up with Keith who proved himself in short order to be a first class egotistical jerk. I just forgot about it. While surfing Cars.com a few days later, I saw the car reduced $240. I called back and asked for Don. (He remembered me). I told him I'd buy the car if he would comply with the law and not ad the undisclosed doc fee to the ad price. He at least was nice and said he would see what he could do. He came back with an out the door price which was well above the ad price saying main reason it had to stay that high was the "out of state registration fee" which I still say doesn't exist. ALM is NOT going to register car for me. They're going to send me a title and I will go register it myself including a pot full of Tennessee tax. Although the price was too high, I decided to live with it and make the purchase. I had already removed cash from bank and asked Don for assurance of both the car being marked sold and for some written proof we had an agreement. This is where Oscar came into the picture. Don had him call me and ask how I would want them to send a purchase agreement. Oscar was extremely nice and texted me the document soon after I decided on texting it. He told me just to let him know when I'd be there, that he'd have the car clean and full of gas...to just ask for him when I got there. Shortly after I got there Oscar almost gave me a heart attack when I went to the garage area to start a test drive. He had filled up a 4dr sedan instead of the convertible I was buying (both 2011 bmw). Needless to say, I thought the worst, like what the xxxx is going on here? Am I on a three hour from home wild goose chase? I don't know how Oscar made this mistake, but he sincerely apologized and quickly found the right car which he did fill up before I left. We ended up with a good laugh about the mixup. I kidded Oscar about almost causing a heart attack.. After the drive, we settled in at Oscar's desk where we got all the paperwork done, which he handled most professionally. Don came over and we had a nice meeting and shared a few laughs. I really like both Don and Oscar... 2 nice guys ! Oscar has followed up by phone to see if I had a good trip home and if I was happy with the car. He followed up with another phone call today and asked me to take this survey. He is deserving of good marks. (Remember I'm a retired sales manager and know a good salesman when I see one) More
Dishonest Dealership I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this dealership and I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to all potential customers. In Oct I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this dealership and I hope that my experience will serve as a warning to all potential customers. In October of 2017, I test drove a 2014 Subaru Forester with a clean carfax. I decided that I liked the car and so I put a hold on the car while me and my father got the money. I was told that I would have to put $1,000 to hold the car which is A LOT. I went ahead and did this . While waiting for 3 hours for the financial department to do their "job", a few salesmen would come up to me and my friend and congratulate my guy friend on his purchase. Who would think that in 2017, a woman could purchase a car? So over the next week, my father receives the paperwork because he is a co-signer. In the meantime, I decide to set an appointment for the salesman to bring the car to a mechanic in Kennesaw. The mechanic whom I paid for a thorough inspection says that the car is a FLOOD CAR. I called ALM Kennesaw trying to get to Andy Sodipo(the car salesman) to talk about getting my refund back. A day later I miss a call from Andy and he leaves a voicemail asking where I was on the car and that he had someone looking at the car. I call back the next day to find out that Andy had allowed the car to be sold without my permission or refunding my $1,000. Andy said two times that he would work on my refund over the next week. I decide to call the manager to make sure that things were moving in that direction. Instead, I have an awful conversation with a manager named Keith who says that they do not owe me a refund. He was rude and talked over me a lot and was condescending. He also tried to convince me that the mechanic I paid for was wrong which is comical. I should add that my father had talked to Keith about getting a refund if the mechanic report is negative and Keith had said yes to a full refund. It was my mistake that I did not get any of this in writing. So, not only did ALM Kennesaw try to sell us a flood car, but they backed out on their word when they said(three times) that they would refund me AND they sold the car while I had put a $1,000 hold on it and had NOT explicitly said that I did not want the car. I feel bad for the people that did buy that flood car unknowingly. This dealership is dishonest and sexist. Do not waste your time. No thanks to ALM Kennesaw, I did get my money back because I filed all of the evidence to Wells Fargo for a dispute claim. I was ready to go to court but thankfully Wells Fargo worked with ALM Kennesaw's bank on behalf of me and was successful. More

I had targeted the car i ourchasef, a Lexus convertible, before coming to the dealership. My salesman, Tree, was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing me the car. At no time did I feel pressured into making a quick purchase decision or felt like being switched to another vehicle. Tree and Sarah arranged for me to take my car to my mechanic for his opinion, which which came back as in excellent condition. After some no pressure negotiation, I had my car. Thank you, Tree, And Thanks to Sarah her first days on the job and her first car sold. Good Luck. Job well done.by the entire ALM staff. More

Unethical shady dealership After driving 3.5 hrs from Knoxville TN with my wife and two kids I was notified they sold the vehicle 15 minutes before I got there! Settled on price After driving 3.5 hrs from Knoxville TN with my wife and two kids I was notified they sold the vehicle 15 minutes before I got there! Settled on price and Did finance paperwork the previous day and was told there was a hold sticker on vehicle for me to arrive the next day to inspect and sign on dotted line. Oscar and general manager have absolutely no integrity! Can’t imagine what it would have been like if I actually bought the car and had a problem with it. More
