Oscar and Glen, the finance manager, both went above and beyond to help us get approved by the bank. We had a better experience purchasing my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 than we did when purchasing my sisters car. It took less than 24 hrs to leave the dealership with my truck unlike my sister's car it over a week. I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Best Car Buying Experience EVER!!! Deandre "Tree" Ogletree was on POINT! I needed to close this deal Fast! Tree was able to get the ball rolling with limited information over the phon Deandre "Tree" Ogletree was on POINT! I needed to close this deal Fast! Tree was able to get the ball rolling with limited information over the phone. I arrived at the dealership on one of the worst snow days of the season. All of the vehicles were covered with snow. I said to myself "there is no way this will get done today!" Tree came out introduced himself, had already cleared the vehicle of snow, warmed it up, and was ready for me to take it for a test drive! I arrived at the dealership a little after 6 pm and was out of the door in my Acura @ 8 pm sharp! The Finance Manager, Chris Auguste, worked, what I believe, to be, the best deal for my situation. Tree even contacted my insurance company to get everything transferred to my new vehicle before I left the lot (1 less thing for me to do). This is my 6th vehicle purchase and I must say the best buying experience of them all! I'm loving my Acura and will definitely return when I'm ready to get back into a Lexus! More

HORRIBLE. DO NOT PATRONIZE ALM KENNESAW ! ALM Kennesaw has a relaxed atmosphere. Salesmen greet you at the door/at your vehicle. Many vehicle options available. I was approached by salesma ALM Kennesaw has a relaxed atmosphere. Salesmen greet you at the door/at your vehicle. Many vehicle options available. I was approached by salesman Oscar J. Bryant whom I purchased my 2015 Mercedes-Benz C-300 with 36k miles from on or around 12/12/2017. Oscar is personable, however, obviously not thorough or very knowledgable about cars. When I revisited the dealership to address my bald front tires and brakes that continue to screech a couple of days post purchase he said "I don't work in service". I DO NOT suggest patroninzing ALM Kennesaw. I have visited ALM Kennesaw with issues WEEKLY since i've purchased the car a month ago. BRAKES:I asked about the screeching brakes when I test drove the vehicle. I was told by my salesman Oscar that the car was cold. I purchased the car, the screeching did not cease. ALM Kennesaw placed new brake pads and rooters on the vehicle recently. The screeching has NOT gone away. I took the vehicle to two Mercedes-Benz dealers (Buckhead and Autonation Marietta) on 01/16/2018, I was told the equipment placed on the vehicle is horrible/cheap, and is not compatible with the vehicle. I was told that the brakes will continue to squeal until compatible/more quality equipment is placed on the vehicle. TIRES: I was allowed to purchase a vehicle from ALM Kennesaw with BALD FRONT TIRES - I almost DIED. The original tires on the car were Pirelli which cost approx. $250 each reg. consumer retail. Brendan, ALM Kennesaw's service manager replaced all 4 of my tires with a brand called Accelera,which costs a purchasing consumer $200 for 4 total. Accelera tires are NOT at all comparable to Pirelli or to the Mercedes-Benz C300 that I purchased. After letting me drive off of the lot with a safety hazard vehicle, ALM Kennesaw did not have the decency to offer me a tire that was recommended for that vehicle or comparable to it. Instead the Brendan, the service manager ordered the cheapest tire that exists! He said that he would and has put Accelera tires on BMW and Maserati that ALM Kennesaw sell. MISC: I am to receive an SD card so that my navigation will work - I signed paperwork at ALM Kennesaw which states that ALM Kennesaw will purchase and provide a working SD Navigation card. I have now received 2 FAULTY SD Cards. I have had my vehicle over 1 MONTH. At the Mercedes-Benz Dealership I have had to get the following services: new batteries for both keys (even though ALM put "new batteries" in them), a new car battery, eco functions serviced, gas door replaced, driver sun visor light replace, ac/heat serviced, car sensors serviced I DO NOT Recommend purchasing a vehicle from ALM Kennesaw. More
