Smooth Purchase I recently inquired via email if the GMC Sierra Denali was still available that I was interested in after viewing on the internet. The next morning Rico Walkers responded and informed me it was and invited me up for a test drive. I went to the dealership same day and met Rico and he showed me the vehicle. We did a test drive. I further inspected the vehicle to my satisfaction and decided to buy. Rico was a very professional and friendly salesman from the beginning to end. He was able to get my out the door cost add close to my budget as possible. The finance dept with Chris also went well. He was very professional in assisting with the financing and paperwork. I dropped by (without an appointment) on a Saturday afternoon with my wife and 6 year old son. The place was busy but Jim came up almost instantly to ask if we had been helped. He was very organized, not pushy and super genuine. I know all the slimy and grimy sales tactics out there and he never stooped to that level. He was so pleasant and kid friendly too! My son loved him and got a kick out of showing him what Snapchat filters were while my wife and I discussed detail of the transaction. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Infiniti Q50 Hybrid Sport which was in pristine condition. This was a night and day experience from when we bought my wife’s Acura from a different dealership. We will be back and we will always work with Jim. More

Rip off Oscar ripped me off for $80 cash for the second set of keys. Said there was none but that he had a "friend" who could make me a set for $80 and it had Oscar ripped me off for $80 cash for the second set of keys. Said there was none but that he had a "friend" who could make me a set for $80 and it had to be cash. This second key and fob had a used key that fit the truck! Obviously he had that key all along. Manager Keith did nothing to resole this. All the fluids were low, tranny, differentials and transfer case. Poor job of detailing if they did one at all. I did get a full gas tank. More
