Thank you so much for your feedback, we appreciate your business. ALM sells used cars and we allow all customers to get the car pre inspected before purchase. We also offer warranties that protect your tires, I am not able to pull up your deal since you didn't leave a name. We also offer a 5 day exchange policy for people that have buyer's remorse, but outside of the 5 days there is not much we can do, especially if you declined the warranty. Thank you. I understand ALM is not legally at fault here -- only of hustle, which we fell for. The "four new tires" claim is especially egregious. We did contact ALM about the tires when we had two leaks within the first month and a manager flatly refused to address the issue. I simply wish the same decency and courtesy were displayed on the back end of a purchase as they were in getting us to quickly sign all the docs. Reminiscent of "Matilda."

If the tires are new, you can visibly tell they are new, their is no way to "hustle" that, if you look at our reviews, we do pretty good business, we keep 95% of customers satisfied, some customers are just better off purchasing new cars. No dealership in the US will honor any work after you've owned the car for over 7 months. Absolute no way of knowing how this car was driven for 7 months, where it was driven, how it was driven, all these things can effect your tire life, it can effect your CV boot, 7 months is a long time.

I have purchased private party used cars my entire life and never had a single issue with sale or the car after the fact. We went to ALM because we were looking specifically for a 2020 Kia Sorento and there were few on the market at the time. This is by far the "newest" car that I have purchased. I'm not arguing with you -- simply cautioning other buyers to refrain from making the assumptions and mistakes that we did in taking what we were told at face value. That's good advice anywhere and apparently vital when purchasing from ALM.
