Professional and Courteous We were greeted with a hand shake and smile by a sales consultant who is referred to as "TREE". At no time did "TREE" make us feel the normal pains and pressure of dealing with typical sales staff. He never pushed or try to sway us to something else. He came back from the sales desk with the first offer. Normally this process can be a long drawn out back and forth process. But we discussed it and he came back the 2nd time with an offer that worked for us and was what we were asking for. I brought it to my mechanic to get his opinion and he suggested the rear brakes be replaced soon if I bought the car. When I told Oscar, he didn’t hesitate to have them fixed free of charge. I was so relieved. I really appreciated Oscar’s ability to break everything down and speak car talk that wasn’t over my head. He really cared about my experience and worked hard to make the buying process as streamlined as possible. He takes great pride in his work and I will definitely buy another car from him again!
