When I was ready, we drove to Kennesaw, GA from Columbia, SC and Oscar stayed in contact with me during the trip to ensure I was safely arriving. When my husband and I got there, Oscar greeted us with his fine southern hospitality and and the entire process went as smooth as a baby's bottom! I'm glad I chose ALM over all of the other dealerships because none of the others seemed as friendly or as helpful. Purchase of 2017 Ford Edge I was very pleased with dealership especially Oscar who I contacted by phone on Saturday to see if they still had the Jeep Cherokee I was first intere I was very pleased with dealership especially Oscar who I contacted by phone on Saturday to see if they still had the Jeep Cherokee I was first interested in and they did. I told him I would be down around 2:00 p.m. on Sunday to take a look and test drive it. After I got there he was off that day but came in on his day off to help me. I was very impressed that he did that. Unfortunately the Jeep Cherokee did not work out for me but they had a white 2017 Ford Edge which is what I originally wanted so we drove it and I was able to trade in my Kia and purchase the Ford Edge. Oscar stayed the whole time until all the paperwork was signed and he showed me the necessary functions about the vehicle. He set also set up my Blue Tooth and showed me how to use it. He is a great salesman and I would not hesitate to send someone to him. On another note the reason I did not rate the dealership excellent is because I was given a monthly payment and APR through a credit union that worked for me. However when I got to finance they had changed the financing to Bank of America and a higher APR. I have good credit and a good salary. I don't owe that much so I am a little disappointed that I was given wrong information to begin with. I however bought the vehicle because it was what I was looking for. The first option was typed on paper which I initialed but not what I got. More
