However, Gerard felt the concern and frustration due to driving almost 2 hours to purchase the vehicle. He quickly came up with a alternate solution and we ended up leaving with a better deal. His customer service was excellent and had patience enough to deal with our 3 year old child that was with us. With that being said, I'm very pleased with my experience with him and this dealership.
