Excellent customer service My husband and I went to test drive a car (Range Rover Sport) we saw on the dealership webpage. When we called to check on the availability of the vehicle, Oscar answered the call and was able to answer our questions and arranged for us to meet him there shortly. When we got there, the car was already up front and ready for a test drive. From the moment we arrived at the dealership to when we left, the experience was nothing but awesome. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that there was no pressure at all!!! Frustrated at the beginning, but still left very pleased When coming to purchase a vehicle that was previously discussed with one of the salesman, the deal fell through due to another customer arriving befor When coming to purchase a vehicle that was previously discussed with one of the salesman, the deal fell through due to another customer arriving before we did. However, Gerard felt the concern and frustration due to driving almost 2 hours to purchase the vehicle. He quickly came up with a alternate solution and we ended up leaving with a better deal. His customer service was excellent and had patience enough to deal with our 3 year old child that was with us. With that being said, I'm very pleased with my experience with him and this dealership.
