He was straight up and did not try to force me in a vehicle to make a sale. He truly wanted me to walk out of the door happy, and I am! Disappointed Marlon was patient and listened carefully, in turn making the purchase process great. Unfortunately I can only rate 2 stars because a verbal and written agreement wasnt honored after I left. I signed a "we owe you form" to have a couple dings in the paint touched up. I was told by Marlon Jones and Darnell Peeples (finance manager) that the shop for ALM would contact me to make an appointment. That never happened. Marlon Jones took images of the minor paint damage, and had me sign the we owe you paperwork. However, everything miraculously disappeared and of course ALM didnt honor what I was told. Darnell Peeples then proceeded to avoid answering my questions about the missing paperwork via email. Very shady! Especially after requesting my signature as confirmation. I guess it's my fault for not making sure I received a copy of the form I signed. More

When we got there already frustrated Andy made us feel at ease the moment we met him and most importantly very professional and a pleasure to work with; he brought us out exactly what we were looking for the first time perfectly. The car was working and functioning as it was intended, clean, new tires, cold ac and to top it off a full tank of gas. Needless to say my daughter is very happy with her new car.
