Buyer Beware Although this dealership seemed very professional in the begining, in the end was awful. Bill xxxx & Darnell were great assisiting with the purchase of my dream car. To date the dealership has been unable to deliver my tag & title. In GA you can only get extension 1 time for tags and I've asked nummerous times about the tags and I just get the run around. The manager has yet to return my call. The title deprtment hasn't returned my call and I legally can't have my car on the road after the 26th and no one seems concerned. Dealers should be fined by GA Dept of Revenue for failure to produce tags within specified time frame instead its the consumer, if you get pulled over you are fined & possibly more. If I the consumer did my part paying why can't the dealership be held responsible. The lack of Managmenttaking responsiblity and providing a solution to a customer is shameful. The dealership received my money from finance and couldn't care less. Bill Hicks has told me constantly that the situation is being esculated, he also told me Ernesto was Management where I can see he is not it is Ray Bruce....why lie....management hasn't reached out to me yet. Through no fault of my own I can't drive a used car although I've paid for tags & registration through the dealership. Beware I've been told its common in GA, I'll never purchase a car in GA again. There is no protection for consumers. More

Horrible experience We purchased two cars at one time from this dealership. My husband purchased these on Monday and gave them two deposit checks. They were to have thes We purchased two cars at one time from this dealership. My husband purchased these on Monday and gave them two deposit checks. They were to have these vehicles ready on Friday so we could pick them up as we live out of state. There were modifications that were suppose to happen on one of the cars. When we arrived on Friday none of that had happened. We sat there for hours waiting to get things completed. None of the paperwork had been filled out even though they knew we were coming that day.(Five days notice) Fast forward five weeks............we still do not have titles to our vehicles so that we can pay our taxes and get our tags. We've called three times (once a week ago and twice this week) to get information about the whereabouts of the titles and received no return call. My husband has called the corporate office now and is awaiting a call back. I hate buying cars but I must say this is the worst experience I've EVER had. I won't be back and I certainly would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
