TERRIBLE customer service!!! My husband and I spoke with an Ernesto who was I believe some type of manager. I could tell by the way he was so disinterested in listening to us in regards to purchasing a vehi an Ernesto who was I believe some type of manager. I could tell by the way he was so disinterested in listening to us in regards to purchasing a vehicle that this place was already probably going to be a big disappointment. He advised very flippantly to just fill out the application and I will get back to you. The next day I heard back from a Caleb who I guess he pawned us off on. He advised he would crunch some numbers and call us back. We never heard back from him not even to say hey we can’t do business with you and here is why and can we try other options nothing. I then called Carmax and got the utmost in customer service and have bought the vehicle I wanted through them. They were AMAZING and Matt at Carmax in Kennesaw is wonderful!!!!! NEVER would recommend ALM to my worst enemy. More
