I am posting this to make other potential customers aware to be careful when submitting payment information to this dealer. I placed a deposit on a new car with a credit card. Some weeks later my credit card began being used for fraudulent charges. At first is was some small charges from "ALM Newnan" in Georgia. Then I started to see larger charges at stores & restaurants. Knowing this was not valid I called and emailed the sales manager asking how this could happen and to contact me on what they found. It's been over 4 weeks and no response to calls or email. This dealer just doesn't are about you after the sale is done. Please be warned you personnel information could be at risk as well. More

My 2017 Tucson has been at ALM since the first week of April due to an engine recall. Obviously it’s not their fault that my engine has a recall, I didn’t even buy it from this specific dealership. Howeve April due to an engine recall. Obviously it’s not their fault that my engine has a recall, I didn’t even buy it from this specific dealership. However, over the past 6 months of not having my vehicle, I’ve gotten run around through multiple service advisors & been told numerous different things. They told me 1 person was in front of me for the engine back in May… A month or so ago, the service manager told us that they were ordering the engine (even though a service advisor told us it had been ordered back in APRIL) and it should be a few weeks. Two weeks ago, a service advisor told us a few had come in and mine was in the line to get fixed. But as of today, no one remembers telling us this and we are still waiting on an engine??? My wife has been without a vehicle for 6 months with no clear answers and Hyundai Corporate goes based on what the dealership says. I’d never consider getting a car here and if you need service or a recall handled, please just take the trip somewhere else. No one, including Hyundai corporate cares about you. More

ALM was covered in cars when we arrived. Drove a used car, didn’t care for it. Saw a new one that I had researched but due to the extremely crowded lot, the easiest to access was inside the Drove a used car, didn’t care for it. Several people there helped get it outside and I tested it and liked it (2022 Hyundai Tucson- highly rated by Consumer reports, Motor Trend and Car &Driver). We couldn’t come to terms at first but Jenna stuck with me and we worked it out. She drove the car and papers to me -40 miles away- and drove my trade in vehicle back. ALWAYS ask for Jenna at ALM Hyundai of Florence if you want someone knowledgeable who will really work with you. More
