I took it into my mechanic and also found out the my fob that was provided wasn't even for the vehicle and had to purchase a new one for $475. I eventually ended up having a major oil leak, which left the vehicle inoperable. All of this happened within 6 months of purchase. The dealership was unwilling to assist me with getting this resolved and into a safe vehicle. I now have a voluntary repo and a credit score that does not allow me to purchase another one, within resonable payment options More

If you are looking for hi-pressure sales tactics this is your place. Went in for a test drive and was told immediately someone else was looking at the same vehicle. Also told since we got there first we your place. Went in for a test drive and was told immediately someone else was looking at the same vehicle. Also told since we got there first we would have first opportunity to purchase. Unfortunately Mr Jolly was not honest in His remarks and the vehicle was sold to someone else before my salesman could even get me a price. Wasted a 2 hour round trip being told the vehicle was available for purchase the day before with no mention of other interest. Don’t be fooled by these folks. They only want to make a sale. Not interested in customer service or your needs. More
Listed prices are a bait and switch. Huge markup on all vehicles. While this is still happening, it's no longer everywhere. Do not trust quoted/web prices. Kimberly was a great sales Huge markup on all vehicles. While this is still happening, it's no longer everywhere. Do not trust quoted/web prices. Kimberly was a great sales person. Very responsive and informative. Even when she didn't know something off the top of her head, she found out and called me back as soon as possible. More
I have a 2020 Santa fe with 10,990 miles on it. took to dealer on 10/26/22, with 10,031 milles for service. I was there the week before and at that time I was advised it could be a $139 diag. fee i took to dealer on 10/26/22, with 10,031 milles for service. I was there the week before and at that time I was advised it could be a $139 diag. fee if rats had eaten my wires. Before I took the car back a week later for scheduled service I Bore scoped the engine wires, and informed them of that just in case they said the wire's were eaten. I also informed them I don't reside in a garbage dump. Here is what they told me I HAD TOO MANY AFTER MARKET ATTACHEMENTS TO THE CAR. THE CAR HAD A FRONT MOUNTED CAMERA AND A REAR ONE, A RADAR DETECTOR, AND A CB UNDER MY SEAT WHICH WAS NOT PLUGGED IN AT THE TIME. The cb is only on every 90 days for a trip of 675 miles for a trip to Atlanta. The exact words they used is as follows, Battery state of health is at 55% vehicle's start stop function can only work if vehicle battery state of charge is at 70% or better. It continued tech recommends removing some of the Aftermarket accessories Customer has installed as they can greatly decrease Vehicle battery state of charge and state of Health. I did as the suggested and made my trip to Atlanta. But before leaving the Dealership Informed Them I had Bachelor Degree and was a Engineer for HP-PHILLIPS ULTRA/SOUND DIVISION FOR 23 YRS BEFORE RETIRING. I HAVE SIX USB OUTLETS IN MY CAR, AND WHAT ARE THEY THERE FOR. THE CAMERAS ONLY USE A FEW MILIAMPS AS WELL AS THE RADAR DEVICE. They went on to ask how far away my was car parked from my driveway as the key FOB could be too close to the car when Parked. I took a Key FOB protector out of my pocket, and asked what was that you're saying? I asked Why don't you replace the battery the car is still under full warranty with such Low mileage. the're reply the accessories. What are the outlets there for if not to use. Going thru some of the other posts they know there is a problem. I have made a case with Hyundai Customer support, and the said I had to deal with the Dealership. For what would I go back to them for . Hyundai and the dealership Know there is a problem with the ISG system. I paid for this devise and I want it fixed Not some electronics Garbage thrown my way. I guess next it's on to the BBB bureau, fix this problem or how to proceed THIS IS A KNOWN PROBLEM WITH THE STOP START FEATURE. LOOKED ON THE HYUNDIA FORUM PAGE WHICH IS UNDER THE HYUNDAI HOME PAGE OTHER ENGINEERS AND TECHICAL PEOPLE HAVE REPORTED ALSO. THIS IS A KNOWN ISSUE. Share Reply Quote More

They assured me had b I just purchased a used car from them. Car had 2000 miles on it and had a prior issue with the navigation / safety computer. They assured me had been replaced and was working. The salesman Jon emailed me the car still had 45 months or 58k miles on the factory warranty. I live in a different state. I took delivery of the car and within two minutes of starting it and trying to activate the navigation the computer failed -- it clearly was not working. They advised me to take it to my local dealer to have it "reset." Dealer told me it's faulty and needs to be replaced and part is on backorder. Further, my local dealer told me the factory warranty is 24 months. They lied about the warranty. Four days later, the battery fails and is dead. They did pay to replace it, but not offering to take care of the warranty issue or the failed hardware. Tonight, they emailed me a curt email that I never paid the balance of the down payment. First of all, I certainly did and I doubt they would have finished the transaction and turned over a $45k car to me if I hadn't paid the down payment in full. They lost the check. They told me I needed to overnight them a new check accused me of not paying the balance. They are disorganized, dishonest and disingenuous. There are plenty of honest dealers out there. Drive past this one when you're shopping. More
