Kimberly was great to work with. As it was, I wasn't able to spend one day to buy a car. It too 3 days about 1st each. If you value your money and time, then don't just walk away from a deal at ALM, RUN away from the deal. Seems that they want to rush into selling a car and then expect the customer to fix the deal for the away from a deal at ALM, RUN away from the deal. When we finally went to walk away from the deal, we were charged the majority of the money we put down on the car. We received back literal pennies on the dollar. Two weeks in a car that needed serviced when we got, bad brakes, needing oil change, cracked windshield, and they kept almost 2300 dollars out of 2600. Trust me, just drive on past ALM and go anywhere else. More
