I scheduled a test drive with Marshawn and let him know I was driving from 2hrs away. I confirmed the vehicle had no CPO and warranty before setting off. He advised the car will be pulled up to the front by arrival. I drove 2hrs to get there and immediately noticed the car was already running when I had no announced my arrival, red flag 1. I inspected the Mercedes GLC and car has experienced extreme usage far below the appearance online. The tires had about 15% life compared to the shiny new look online. The brakes cried when I pressed them and all looked rusty contrary to the online listing. The pictures showed a clean interior but in person it was dirty like its been off road. I turned car off to check engine bay, started it up and the battery sign was on. Soon after taking off for a test drive, the car warned to turn of the engine immediately. I moved 1 inch from the lot, parked in the car at service entry and headed back another 2hrs. Waste of my time and Shawn was not honest about the condition when I had told him, I am driving from a 2hr distant location. Jenna who was passed on to help was clueless about the car and pretty much washed her hands off knowing anything. there was no attempt to offer other vehicles on the lot. What does that even mean?? Private individuals buy and sell cars from and to each other every day and somehow it gets "done right" without somebody having to pay an extra grand. They eventually came down $1000, and I bought the car because, one, I had to have a car because the one I was driving had been totaled. And two, my wife had a bad sinus infection and bronchitis, felt horrible, and just wanted to get a car so we could get the heck out of Florence and get back home. Otherwise I would've laughed in their face and walked out. Well, they made the sale. I guess that's all that matters to them. But I promise you I will NEVER buy another vehicle from them. More

We went to ALM Hyundai to take a look at their used car inventory to replace one of our cars. Ended up buying a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Jon was very helpful, answered all our questions, and allowed us to inventory to replace one of our cars. Ended up buying a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe. Jon was very helpful, answered all our questions, and allowed us to take a couple of test drives in different vehicles until we decided on the vehicle we wanted to buy. He was not pushy, didn't follow us around the lot trying to get us to buy something we didn't want, and once WE were ready, he was there to help. This was the nicest dealership I've visited in some time where customer service really seems to be their focus, and not just another sale. More
