So I purchased a Santa Fe from ALM. After about two hours of driving it I was getting extreme leg cramps from the seat. I asked Hyundai if I can return the vehicle and they told me I could exchange it for another one. When I got back to Hyundai I was not able to find a vehicle that I was comfortable in due to being tall. Hyundai made me find a vehicle and made me purchase another vehicle instead of doing the right thing and taking it back. So I ended up with a Santa Cruz after the deal was all set and done Jolly the salesman gave me the car and didn’t explain a single feature on it the And basically told me to have a nice day, so when I left I had no clue how to use the features on the car. When I arrived at the dealership this morning at 9 o’clock they made me sit and wait for them for an hour while they had a sales Meeting instead of assisting me. When they got out of the sales meeting the sales manager Greg went into his office and ate red velvet cake Instead of helping me. He then began chewing tobacco and spitting in a bottle where customers could clearly see him. This is one of the worst dealer Experiences I ever had. I explained to them that I was a disabled law-enforcement officer and I was unable to They d drive the car, they did not care one bit. I would avoid this dealer at all costs if they treat customers like this. More
