Ticked off It seems like everytime I went in for one thing I left with a different issue. The last straw was when i was told i needed 2 front rims and tires ($2 It seems like everytime I went in for one thing I left with a different issue. The last straw was when i was told i needed 2 front rims and tires ($2,600) to fix the vibration problem i was having. Took my car to discount tires only to find out there was absolutely nothing wrong with my tires and 1 rim was slightly bent,not enough to cause an issue. Problem fixed for $20. $10 each To balance both front tires. More

July 18, 2018 Visit My service experience was not the best experience that I have had at this dealership. One year ago to the day I received an oil change as well as rec My service experience was not the best experience that I have had at this dealership. One year ago to the day I received an oil change as well as recall updates to my vehicle. I received a red carpet treatment that, because I had provided a less than stellar review. Upon my arrival, I was the third car in line to enter the service area, but none of the cars were greeted by service professionals. I had another appointment that day so I left my car expecting to be able to pick it up when my other appointment concluded. However, much to my dismay I was informed that they were still checking into the reasons my entertainment system was not displaying ANY information. I spoke with my Service Advisor Dietrich and he told me he would check on the status and call me back. That was around 2:30 and at 5:45 I ended up calling back to find out the status. At that time he told me that they determined the problems with the display and I was going to need a new radio/entertainment system and window trim for another issue I am having with my car. I called and spoke Dietrich on Thursday, July 26, 2018 to find out the status of the items they needed to finish my vehicles issues and, due to the time of my call the parts department was closed so he told me he would check the the following day and call me back with an update. I asked him to leave me a voicemail message with the update since I was having surgery the next day. unfortunately, I did not have a message from him and it was not until Monday, July 30, 2018 when I began trying to reach a live body in the service area to check on the status of the items they were waiting on. It wasn’t until I called the Parts department, this week to check on the status of the remaining items needed to repair my car that I reveivd a call from Dietrich letting me know it had arrived and I could schedule an appointment for installation of the parts. I will be returning on Monday, August 13, 2018, which will determine the likelihood of whether or not I return to this facility. More

Wasted my time on several occasions I took my vehicle to the dealership on July 13 was told they would assess my situation and give me a call with an update the following week. I contacted them on July 17 They advised they would let me know when they got further info, I then reached out july 25 with no response at all. Keep in mind that was the 3rd time is been to the dealership for the same problem. They “fixed” what they said was the problem just prior to my warranty running out then tried to tell me I would have to pay out of pocket for the “real” problem. This is just the most recent encounter. On 2 separate occasions I have sat for 3 hours for a scheduled standard oil change. The first time they didn’t charge for the oil change that is the only positive I could gather. But the only reason I left after only 3 hours was because I had to keep checking with the service tech, (they failed to give me any updates on my vehicle) in the meantime I had several associates try to come up and sell me a car though rather than providing the service I was there for... overall I have been very disappointed with the assistance I’ve received there over the coarse of this year. More
