Finally I went to the dealership and asked to speak with the service manager. Rhonda Payne (manager) was fabulous. She was able to get my car fixed in a week. It could have been faster if there wasn't a delay in shipping of the part. She kept me updated daily on the status of my car. If you need help, Rhonda Payne is your lady. She'll get the job done. Great customer service from Angela. Car feels good. I gave this rating because of the customer service. I have a few more things to get done but being able to drop off, explain what I needed but have A I gave this rating because of the customer service. Although I would suggest that they be a little more thorough with explanations and expectations when dealing with this type of work, the experience wasn’t a total nightmare because my car did get fixed properly. The text messages are ok but a good old fashion phone call with complicated matters tend to fair better in the long run. I’ve only used this dealership for ALL of my maintenance needs and will continue to do so. More
