Service Department... UGH!!!! I done with using Thornton Road Hyundai service department. There are too many negative experiences that out weight the good. If your car is giving you a problem, you shouldn't have to go to the dealership more than once to have it corrected. This has gotten old and I refuse to keep playing this game with them. If a person tells you that there car is having an issue.. at least check it out. There is no way shape or fashion that this issue was checked. Then when I get in the car to see if it's working, you give me a number to call corporate. Corporate says, they have no control over the issue. This is too much. Just do the job your getting paid to do. More

Great experience I have been a customer sense 2013 with the purchase of a new Accent. I have sense moved up to a 2016 Elantra, and as it stands now, I own two Hyundai' I have been a customer sense 2013 with the purchase of a new Accent. I have sense moved up to a 2016 Elantra, and as it stands now, I own two Hyundai's and have four family members that have purchased vehicles from this dealership. My next new car with probably be the Genesis. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Their sales and service departments, (people) are fantastic to deal with. More
Poor Customer Service Dept. Good afternoon, Today I went in to the Hyundai dealership to have my brake inspected and brake fluid change due to my pressing brakes continually g Good afternoon, Today I went in to the Hyundai dealership to have my brake inspected and brake fluid change due to my pressing brakes continually going to the floor. After my vehicle was serviced there was no change in my brake performance, they still went to the floor. Recommendation by the dealership stated that I had aftermarket brake pads and shims, I only had the vehicle for eight months with no issues up until now with my braking system. Also after leaving the dealership notice the vibration and loss of power to my vehicle with the check engine light coming on, vehicle come to a complete stop in the middle of the road due to some engine problem which I only went to the dealership for brakes. Spoke with Miss Jackson in the service department she stated that she will handle it according to the technician it was a bad coil pack, but I beg to differ because my vehicle was running perfect upon arrival to the dealership. Miss Jackson did make a parts replacement for the coil pack at no additional charge, but my overall service experience was not what I expected from a Hyundai dealership. Now, I have to go get a second opinion from another Hyundai dealership about my brakes. Which involves more time and possibly money to get resolved. More
