Our vehicle was kept for over a week with little to no communication regarding the status of repairs. Upon pick up, the car had not been washed and was dirty and gritty from sitting outside the dealershi communication regarding the status of repairs. I waited 115 days for them to make one phone. I literally had to make them dial the number as I watched. My warranty company called from Sept 19-Jan 12, as did I. They have lost my only key, left my car unlocked, and hood unlatched for the duration. Their lack of initiative has put me waiting for a replacement engine going on six months. I may see my car in another six months that’s anywhere between 6 to 12 months paying on a car that is sitting at the dealership with under 60,000 miles and under five years old. Do not purchase a Hyundai and do not purchase a Kia, whether or not they are certified pre owned or not. More
Service department is terrible. No one will return a call, will not respond to a text will not reply to an email. The service center is very unprofessional. They will tell you your call will be ready one day and keep it for five days after that but they won’t even call to let you know. Submitted claim to Better Business Bureau - they don’t even respond to that! I came in last week and told Service manager that no one answers the phone. She responded that she always answers her phones. I showed her her number in my phone. She said, where did you get that extension. That’s my extension. And she rattled off another number. Came home and looked at the business card she had given me…. That’s where I got the extension. Just one lie after the other. Sent letters to the owner and general manager…. Apparently they don’t answer either. They need to be sue for fraud. They are fronting like a business when they are nothing but a comedy of incompetence. . I More

Took our Veracruz in for RECALL service in Nov 2021. Car sat at dealer for 10 days. Finally just picked up my car and they said they would call me when the part arrived....THEY NEVER DID!! I called b Car sat at dealer for 10 days. Finally just picked up my car and they said they would call me when the part arrived....THEY NEVER DID!! I called back on numerous occasions over the next 6 MONTHS to learn that they had not received the part. FINALLY in May 2022, I called and they SAID the part was in, so we took car in for service AGAIN. Now it is 10 days later, and STILL NO SERVICE!! I am going to pick up my car for a second time after sitting at the dealer a total of 22 days and STILL MY PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN FIXED! What is going on here??? With this kind of dreadful service, I'm afraid to even let them touch my car!!!I No excuse for such horrible customer service!! You are putting lives at risk not fixing these recall issues. SHAME ON YOU!!!!! More
I had an appointment on March 14th for a vehicle recall for my Genesis. I had scheduled the appointment almost a month out because that was the only available time they had - not a problem. During this time of waiting I received multiple reminders in email including the day before reminding me of my appointment. I came in about 30 minutes early on that day and approached the service associate to inform I was here. She asked me what was I there for after giving my name. I said I'm here for a recall repair. Then I had to tell her what recall I was there for. Instantly I started to feel a little weary because when I made the appointment it was them who told me what the recall was. When I told her it was for the fuse box she immediately said "oh, we don't have any of those in stock". She then called the someone to confirm and they advised that part has been on back order for 3 months. I then asked why have I been getting all of these emails about not missing my appointment when they knew they didn't have the part? She responds, well I can put you on the list for when the part comes in. I asked, why am I not already on "the list" since I've been waiting for almost a month? She makes a call to someone and asks do you see Mr. Henderson on your list? Whoever the person was on the phone said no but they would add me. No empathy or apologies just the attitude of "it is what it is". I never complain about anything. I'm the guy who just leave and never does business with you again. I tried to pull out of the dealership feeling extremely frustrated and disappointed. I ended up finding a parking space and going back into the dealership to request for a manager. To add insult, they didn't give me a manager. She said she was a customer relations associate who could not have been no more than 20. I expressed to the young lady how I had taken a day off work to deal with this matter and all that happened up to this point. About 1 minute into the conversation she realized she wasn't equipped to handle the complaint and said she needed to speak to a manager. She was talking to a guy about 10 feet away from me for about 2 to 3 minutes. He never looked my way. I just got up and walked out. I love the Genesis and plan on being a loyal customer to the brand. I noticed the whole Service Department is all new people and it is GLARING. This is not good Thornton Road Hyundai. When the Genesis vehicle came out it was supposed to be white glove service. You guys made me feel like I was riding the original Excel model. I am so disappointed. From the service I received on Monday, 14 2022, I'm sure no one will reach out to me. More
