Josh H, and Mrs. Keke, were professional in answering all my one thousand questions about the Loaner policy. They did an phenomenal job. Yes I am highly satisfied with my car as well as the service I was provided. Please change your loaner policy as it relates to customer information. Per the conversation with Mrs. Williams, she said she is part if the policy making process and she would definitely look into it. I will be following up in 3 to 5 years about that policy.
