Excellent Service!! I really appreciate Thornton Hyundai. They are honest and wonderful! I originally went to Rick Case Hyundai in Duluth and they tried to charge me $150 I really appreciate Thornton Hyundai. They are honest and wonderful! Price changed in Finance with no detailed explanation I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The communication between salesman and Finance was not good. I actually have 3 more customers/family members that want Hyundai's since I purchased my vehicle last month but I will not send them to this dealership. (MAKE SURE YOU REVIEW EVERY DETAIL OF PAPERWORK AND THEY EXPLAIN EVERYTHING) Pay special attention to the price and finance charge if you Finance though dealership). Some things were added in that I definitely didn't want and I expressed that when I walked in Finance but it was as if it was a favor to me. Now locked in for years with no way out after purchasing vehicle 1 month ago. STAY AWAY!! TRUST ME!! Good note Very Friendly employees but the dealership is not interested in making promoters of their product or interested in customers generated from customer satisfaction. More
