Pulled up guy told me and Williams will take care of you, she walked away as i walked up than came back said someone will be with you shorty, than walked away came back again and glanced at the computer for not even a second and said what can i help with, with a dull look on her face as if she didn’t want to help me so i explained i would like my oil to be change i came an hour early i have an appt at 10:40 she said ok an than explained to me about how it will be $115 for a diagnostic of my car but the way she said it to me was as if i won’t be charged if i don’t accept the service so she made me sign the fee and the paper felt fishy, 3 hours later i end up having to call asking about my car never got a text or anything and she stated i will need a new radio, she called 15 mins after stated that my car is ready and i felt rushed like she didn’t care to tell me more so i told her I’m outside I’ll be in shortly got to the desk she said it will be $160 something i was like for what i thought i was only paying for my oil hangar she said no remember you signed saying you will pay $115 for them to look at your car and i was like no you told me that i wouldn’t get charged if i didn’t accept them to fix it, so she kept going back and forth with me so i said I’ll pay for the oil change and that’s it i can’t afford to pay that if i would have known i would have never got them to look at it period and she rolled her eyes said well you need to call someone to pay for our bill or something, so i walked away and she said you don’t want to do that i will call the police so i kept walking and she sent the General Manger i explained to him everything, i started out having a beautiful day until i net and Williams she’s very rude in her own way and make it sooo bad one of the workers came to me and told me to take my car home now you don’t want them working on your car in a sarcastic way so i knew then i needed to leave! Yea i had to go to the sales manager on duty to explain to him about her and how nobody offered me to sit inside or anything it was horrible but the sales manager did apologize and also did the GM but i would never go there again because guess what everything is back working in my car due to a fuse after asking Ms Williams did they check that and she responded “of course they did, why wouldn’t they “ so i would have paid $115 and nothing got fixed real funny she seem fishy the moment i got there i just wouldn’t trust their service area go somewhere else More

Buyer Beware After 4.5 hours of back and forth , with the salesman and finance guy we finally got a car note and interest rate that was reasonable, I gave them $10 After 4.5 hours of back and forth , with the salesman and finance guy we finally got a car note and interest rate that was reasonable, I gave them $1000 down and I was told the car was mine , we had a deal . WRONG! A week later I start getting calls and texts saying they need more proof of income and residence . I bring it in , twice only to be told that my proof of residence is not acceptable because I have no bills in my name ( it’s not my house , the bills don’t have my name on them ) and my other items still had my old address (I’d just moved) so I brought them the mail I do receive at the new house (unacceptable) . So , the deal was cancelled and I had to give the car back or take another deal that would have doubled the interest rate and added $50 or more to my monthly payments . No thank you. After I returned the car , I expected my down payment returned in full . WRONG! I was informed that since I’d driven the car , they charge for mileage . I got back $696 . I went back and looked at the contract ,I foolishly signed thinking the car was mine , and it says they can charge you for mileage driven if the deal falls through. Regardless of if this is in a contract or not , it’s total bull and they know it . They get the car back and they get to keep part of MY money . Read the fine print and don’t trust them when they shake your hand and give you keys , it could all be stripped away at the drop of a hat ang you’re left without a car and your money . More

I went into the Thornton Road Hyundai dealer and Julie M was great and she made me feel comfortable. She listened to what I want but I wasn't sure. Ryan, another associate discussed some numbers with me but I was still unsure. I still shopped around and I went to another dealer and was ready to purchase, but that did not happen and I was so disappointed, but that was a blessing for me. I came back to Thornton road and Nichole W. assisted me and Joshua S. offered me the best deal. I literally cried because they worked so well with my finance and they genuinely cared about that. That made me feel so happy. My only disappointment was that the car was not detailed to my expectation: stains in the seats, dash not cleaned well, and just wished the detailing of the car was better. More

NIGHTMARE FROM xxxx After closing for the new SUV;it took two extra visits to the dealership to get a sales receipt and other papers. Wanted to know what was going on. They was trying to sell me some other company plan. Had to get them to change the plan to Hyundai. Was told my management we can take the headrest DVD from the 2017 Santa Fe that they installed and place them into the 2018 Santa Fe Get the floors mats and other things out of the 2017 Santa Fe. We found out the DVD was not installed correctly. Took the SUV back to service to get them installed correctly into the 2018 SUV. They gave me a Santa Fe loaner car. Kept the SUV for five (5) days and said they will not honor the agreement. Now my kids have no DVD to watch for long trips. More
