I came into Thornton Road Hyundai to look at several model cars and just get a feel for what I may want. I worked with Jeremy Herring and he was great. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Optima and feel that with Jeremy's help I was able to find the car that met all my needs and gave me what I was looking for. He even stayed late to make it all happen. First off, the receptionist was very rude - I tried to reach the service department, and was unable to get through. Then I called back a few times to speak to the receptionist & she rudely put me through reach the service department, and was unable to get through. Then I called back a few times to speak to the receptionist & she rudely put me through to the service department without even speaking to me. And second, the gentleman who answered the phone in the service dept was not friendly at all, as I was told I could not bring my car in for service unless it was between 7 and 4. Unheard of, by the way... Every other dealership I've been to gladly accepts anyone's business during all operating hours. In addition to my bad experience today, I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership previously but was told I could only purchase a car for $525/mo or more (ridiculous!) due to my credit. Mind you, I was approved for much lower at another Hyundai dealership, where I purchased my current car. Very displeased and will not be returning to this dealership. More

He worked with me by phone and email for about 3 days before I was able to get to the dealership. Buying a car is usually a long process but Sean, Tori and Todd made this as great experience and fun. Everyone was willing to pull together and work together to accomplish and meet my goals. What an amazing group of people! Thornton Road Hyundai made me feel like a part of their family and they never looked back. I was initially looking for a new car and spoke with mike jackson and I had selected a car and was hoping they would have come down on the price because hyundai was offerring 3 months no payment's,0% and it jackson and I had selected a car and was hoping they would have come down on the price because hyundai was offerring 3 months no payment's,0% and it was suppose to be a clearance sale which means the prices should be more negotiable.After hours there and I don't feel they did enough to be more reasonable. I tried to walk out but mike kept chasing me back in. I really did love the car but because I was a women ,they took advantage of me.I did get it only because I loved it. Also for 2 weeks I had to keep calling about the blue link that was supposed to be free for 3 years and by calling both mike and the blue link call center, to no avail, I could'nt get ther blue link to work and all I got was someone was working on it. I had enough and demanded mike he call to find out what was going on.He asked to bring it in and I was skeptical because I went the day after day to have oil cleaned off and keith wanted me to bring it back another day for a ten second job.I was angry.I did bring it in yesterday for the blue link problem and they were getting me a rental car. Mike takes me to enterprise and leaves me without talking to the folks at enterprise and they started asking me renting a car and I informed them that Thornton Hyundai was suppose to have spoke with them setting it up and I was to pick it up so the guy calls them back to fins out what was what and he ended up picking me back up and taking me back to the dealership and they instead gave a loner which is what I think they should have done in the first place.I don't know who owns the dealership and I wish I could find out. Shame on them. More

had a deal for a car. then over labor day the price dropped. great I thought I had a better deal. when there to finalize deal and all of the sudden (2 days) the price of my trade in went down to offset dropped. great I thought I had a better deal. when there to finalize deal and all of the sudden (2 days) the price of my trade in went down to offset the price drop, how strange? told it was a nationwide change in trade in value. checked with another dealer and turned out this was not the case. very deceptive. reached out to general manager 4 days ago and no response?
