We were looking to buy a used Hyundai from a private owner and wanted this dealership to look over the car. After purchasing the car a few repairs were left off our estimate. We most likely would not have bought the car because of the cost of repairs. We contacted the service manager Brian miller and told him about what our local mechanic found. He offered a beautiful rental car for us to use. He had it ready, cleaned and waiting. He then agreed to fix the repairs that they missed at no charge to us. This could have very easily turned into a huge costly mistake for my husband and I, but instead we can't tell enough people how amazing it was to work with Brian and the team at Thornton Rd Hyundai. I don't know of any other dealership that would have stood behind there mistake and to then go above and beyond to correct it. We will be using them in the future for all our maintenance. The car they gave us back with 100,000 miles now drives like a new car. Everything is tight and smooth. We are beyond grateful to them. This was so important to us because the car was purchased for our 17 year old son and safety was our top priority. Than you again to Brian Miller and Ray. Ray was super understanding, patient and incredibly knowledgable. We loved working with him as well. He was always in our corner helping us each step of the way. Every single time I called him he returned my call...every time he told me that he was going to take care of something he did it. Jeremy never played that salesman type game with me. He did what he said he was going to do and did so. Even when I had a problem with the first vehicle that I originally purchased, Jeremy and his team (the sales manager, the general manager) were honest and did what they said they would do. And because there were problems with the first vehicle that I purchased, they went over and above mere regular customer service to not only make things right with getting me into a new vehicle, but they provided me with complimentary items for all the inconvenience that I had to endure. They have truly earned my business and I have already began to share my experiences with friends and family. Any time someone states that they need a new vehicle I will be trying to heavily persuade them to go to visit Jeremy, Keith and Tori. More

Jeremy was straightforward with me on pricing, service, and quality and didn't try to play any games like other associates and dealers have in the past. Not only did Jeremy provide first class service during the evaluation and purchase of the car, but he was readily available to answer any questions I had about the car for the next couple weeks after I purchased it. I have never had a similar experience where the sales associate focused so much on the customer's satisfaction even after the purchase has been made and when there is no additional commission to be made. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy Herring at this dealership - you will walk away feeling comfortable with your purchase and confident he will take care of you if any other questions or issues arise after purchase.
