I have never had a car buying experience like the one I had at Thornton Road Hyundai. This was an amazing and fun experience. He worked with me by phone and email for about 3 days before I was able to get to the dealership. Buying a car is usually a long process but Sean, Tori and Todd made this as great experience and fun. Everyone was willing to pull together and work together to accomplish and meet my goals. What an amazing group of people! Thornton Road Hyundai made me feel like a part of their family and they never looked back. I would recommend anyone and everyone who is looking to buy a car to go to Thornton Road Hyundai where they will feel welcome and at home. More
I was initially looking for a new car and spoke with mike jackson and I had selected a car and was hoping they would have come down on the price because hyundai was offerring 3 months no payment's,0% and it jackson and I had selected a car and was hoping they would have come down on the price because hyundai was offerring 3 months no payment's,0% and it was suppose to be a clearance sale which means the prices should be more negotiable.After hours there and I don't feel they did enough to be more reasonable. I tried to walk out but mike kept chasing me back in. I really did love the car but because I was a women ,they took advantage of me.I did get it only because I loved it. Also for 2 weeks I had to keep calling about the blue link that was supposed to be free for 3 years and by calling both mike and the blue link call center, to no avail, I could'nt get ther blue link to work and all I got was someone was working on it. I had enough and demanded mike he call to find out what was going on.He asked to bring it in and I was skeptical because I went the day after day to have oil cleaned off and keith wanted me to bring it back another day for a ten second job.I was angry.I did bring it in yesterday for the blue link problem and they were getting me a rental car. Mike takes me to enterprise and leaves me without talking to the folks at enterprise and they started asking me renting a car and I informed them that Thornton Hyundai was suppose to have spoke with them setting it up and I was to pick it up so the guy calls them back to fins out what was what and he ended up picking me back up and taking me back to the dealership and they instead gave a loner which is what I think they should have done in the first place.I don't know who owns the dealership and I wish I could find out. Shame on them. More

The sales rep, Anthony Thornton (what a name!) felt pretty confident that Thornton Road Hyundai could help me out. I'm so glad I made the trip to see them! The entire sales staff, Finance Manager and Customer Service Rep were all very professional and pleasant to work with. I even had a chance to meet with the Service Manager. I'm very happy with the service I received at Thornton Road Hyundai and will share my experience with others in hopes they'll come to experience the same! ~Alisha Grogan More
Mike Lacey is the best at what he does, our saleman Anthony Thornton went above and beyond the call of duty. Our finace person we dealt with Joseph words can't explain how hard he works at his job and Anthony Thornton went above and beyond the call of duty. From the moment we stepped thru the doors, the level of customer service was high. My 24 year old dauhter was purchasing a car. Even though her dad was co-signing, Mr Jacobs directed the conversation to her ensuring her dad understood also. There was not any pressure. In fact he reccommended we all discuss it as a family and come back to purchase if we were comfortable with the numbers. Needless to say they returned and purchased an Elantra. The paperwork was already prepared and ready to sign. My husband said that was the MOST pleasant car buying experience he has ever had. We all would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Jacobs and this dealership. On Jan 19th 2013 I brought my brand new Black Hyundai On Jan 19th 2013 I brought my brand new Black Hyundai Veloster to Thorton Rd Hyundai to get my first free oil change. I told the service writer that On Jan 19th 2013 I brought my brand new Black Hyundai Veloster to Thorton Rd Hyundai to get my first free oil change. I told the service writer that I did "NOT" want my car washed, so it got washed by the same brush they use to clean the floors with. I was scratched all over, hood, driver and passenger side and back. I showed the new scratched to the service writer and was told to call the Service Manager on Monday. I took the car back and got a rental car till the car was ready, on Fri afternoon the Service Manager called me to tell me the car was ready. The next day (Sat) I went back up there to get my car, I noticed it still had massive scratches and now swirls all in the car ( making it look like they did not take my car serious ) I did not accept the car in the condition and left it for them to try again. The third visit I saw a big 7' scratch on the inside back drivers door panel. I took the car but was told to call the SM again on that Monday to resolve this on going issue with the scratches, swirls and now a new scratch on my drivers inside door panel. The Service Manager seemed short and tired of dealing with me and my car and how they ruined my paint. His response to my car and me was " What do you want from me " " I cant make your car show room ready " " What can I do to make this problem go away " My response was " I dont want anything for free, I just want my car the way it was, before I gave it to you " On 2/1/13 after a big heavy rain, I noticed swirls, scratches and wax all over my car. Wax on the rubber moldings all over my car, scratches still not fixed and swirls giving my brand new black car a 3D effect. I will never take my car back to them, I will go out of my way to drive 50+ miles to another dealership to get any kind of work done. The service department only cares about getting as much money out of your pocket and if you have any issues they act like your the one who is the problem. Short, Unfriendly and Unwilling to fix give good customer service! More
This dealership completely reshaped my image of the stereotype car dealership. These folks were unbelievably kind, courteous, and patient with us. When the ball was in our court they were patient and there was NEVER any pressure. I will without a doubt drive the 150 miles I drove to do business here again. More
