My experience with this dealership is beyond words! I have not experienced such wonderful service in all my years of purchasing a vehicle. Every single time I called him he returned my call...every time he told me that he was going to take care of something he did it. Jeremy never played that salesman type game with me. He did what he said he was going to do and did so. Even when I had a problem with the first vehicle that I originally purchased, Jeremy and his team (the sales manager, the general manager) were honest and did what they said they would do. And because there were problems with the first vehicle that I purchased, they went over and above mere regular customer service to not only make things right with getting me into a new vehicle, but they provided me with complimentary items for all the inconvenience that I had to endure. They have truly earned my business and I have already began to share my experiences with friends and family. Any time someone states that they need a new vehicle I will be trying to heavily persuade them to go to visit Jeremy, Keith and Tori. More

I recently purchased a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata Limited from this dealership. Mr. Jeremy Herring was the sales associate that helped me through the entire process - He made my experience by far the best I from this dealership. Jeremy was straightforward with me on pricing, service, and quality and didn't try to play any games like other associates and dealers have in the past. Not only did Jeremy provide first class service during the evaluation and purchase of the car, but he was readily available to answer any questions I had about the car for the next couple weeks after I purchased it. I have never had a similar experience where the sales associate focused so much on the customer's satisfaction even after the purchase has been made and when there is no additional commission to be made. I would highly recommend working with Jeremy Herring at this dealership - you will walk away feeling comfortable with your purchase and confident he will take care of you if any other questions or issues arise after purchase. I came into Thornton Road Hyundai to look at several model cars and just get a feel for what I may want. I worked with Jeremy Herring and he was great. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Optima and feel that with Jeremy's help I was able to find the car that met all my needs and gave me what I was looking for. He even stayed late to make it all happen. I had a 1st class experience with Jeremy Herring and the Thornton Road Hyundai dealership. I would Highly recommend them both! More

First off, the receptionist was very rude - I tried to reach the service department, and was unable to get through. Then I called back a few times to speak to the receptionist & she rudely put me through reach the service department, and was unable to get through. Then I called back a few times to speak to the receptionist & she rudely put me through to the service department without even speaking to me. And second, the gentleman who answered the phone in the service dept was not friendly at all, as I was told I could not bring my car in for service unless it was between 7 and 4. Unheard of, by the way... Every other dealership I've been to gladly accepts anyone's business during all operating hours. In addition to my bad experience today, I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership previously but was told I could only purchase a car for $525/mo or more (ridiculous!) due to my credit. Mind you, I was approved for much lower at another Hyundai dealership, where I purchased my current car. Very displeased and will not be returning to this dealership. More
