HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to the dealership on Wednesday 5/6/15 to look at/purchase a new Hyundai Elantra. After hours and hours of sitting and waiting and discussing nu I went to the dealership on Wednesday 5/6/15 to look at/purchase a new Hyundai Elantra. After hours and hours of sitting and waiting and discussing numbers and payments, I was sent on my way with the new car and instructions to come and "resign" papers the next day (Thursday 5/7/15). I received a call from the Finance Manager (Steven Harris), who then stated to me that the numbers were not looking as we discussed and that his manager would have to work on this; I would need to come in the next day (Friday 5/8/15) to either sign papers or return the car. I went there Friday, still did not sign papers, only given loaner papers again and sent home and told by my salesman (Adrian Williams) that he would meet me Monday (5/11/15) to sign papers. Went there Monday to complain where I came in contact with manager George Leslie, who promised to contact me by Wednesday(5/13/15) with an update. I heard NOTHING! I went back Friday (5/15/15) to find that my car had been placed on the lot, my xm radio canceled and a sticker in the window, when I got inside to ask to speak with Mr. Leslie, he would not speak with me, he sent Mr. Williams (salesman) to me to tell me that he did not work my deal out and to take my car. After getting my things from the new car back to the old car, changing my insurance again, and bluelink that was set up by the dealership before I left with the car on 5/6/15, I left. I later discovered that they did not return my spare key. I called Mr. Williams immediately and he promised to overnight my key. Today is Monday and I still have not received my spare key. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience and I will NOT even return for an oil change and Mr. Don Lampkin in service is one of the best when it comes to customer service! I was not even allowed to speak with David Booth when I requested to do so by phone and in person. More
