Until recently, I was concerned about the frequent turnover rate of employees and quality of work at Thornton Road Hyundai. However, since both Mr. Godman and Willis have been on the scene, I am confident that my car will be taken care of correctly and, in timely manner. We were looking to buy a used Hyundai from a private owner and wanted this dealership to look over the car. After purchasing the car a few repairs were left off our estimate. We most likely would not h owner and wanted this dealership to look over the car. After purchasing the car a few repairs were left off our estimate. We most likely would not have bought the car because of the cost of repairs. We contacted the service manager Brian miller and told him about what our local mechanic found. He offered a beautiful rental car for us to use. He had it ready, cleaned and waiting. He then agreed to fix the repairs that they missed at no charge to us. This could have very easily turned into a huge costly mistake for my husband and I, but instead we can't tell enough people how amazing it was to work with Brian and the team at Thornton Rd Hyundai. I don't know of any other dealership that would have stood behind there mistake and to then go above and beyond to correct it. We will be using them in the future for all our maintenance. The car they gave us back with 100,000 miles now drives like a new car. Everything is tight and smooth. We are beyond grateful to them. This was so important to us because the car was purchased for our 17 year old son and safety was our top priority. Than you again to Brian Miller and Ray. Ray was super understanding, patient and incredibly knowledgable. We loved working with him as well. He was always in our corner helping us each step of the way.
