When I began my search for a new/used vehicle, I began with this dealership. The first impression was 100% positive - very friendly, very helpful, and no pressure. I knew I loved the Sonata, but I also began looking at the other models Hyundai offered. After two weels of looking at other non- Hyundai dealerships, I returned to Thornton Road Hyundai. I had spoken to Scott Jordan, who was assisting me in finding the right car and the right financing. He did find exactly what I wanted and he made the whole process very easy. The dealership is extremely comfortable and inviting- a very friendly atmosphere with employees who all took the time to say hello or offer assistance. The employees seem to be genuinely happy and I want to do business with a company/employer that obviously takes care of their staff. Love my Sonata!! The communication both verbal and written was understandable; which is a HUGE deal for me because if you cant talk or write clear, then that not good for me. I had an overall positive experience. Stinson helped me with my first car. Tori and Anthony assisted me with an upgrade to lower my interest rate only having the first car for 10 months!! Tori and Anthony worked diligently to get me the car with the details I wanted and did an AWESOME job getting my interest rate lower. AWESOME JOB GUYS...
