New Lifetime Customers!! My husband had been contemplating on trading in two of our older vehicles for a new or used truck. We had lunch one day with my friend from work and h My husband had been contemplating on trading in two of our older vehicles for a new or used truck. We had lunch one day with my friend from work and her husband (Mike). She had mentioned to me previously that he was a car salesman and would do whatever it took to get us exactly what we wanted and make sure we were happy if we were ever interested in getting another vehicle or trading what we had. So we decided to let him help us find a truck, thinking it would take a while to find something. Mike had it in a matter of a day and a half and it was perfect! When we took the vehicles to the dealership to test drive the truck and start the sale, a problem occurred with the truck during the test drive. Mike worked tirelessly to get it fixed as quickly as possible, all the while keeping us in the loop and even giving us a very nice loaner car from the dealership to drive back to Chattanooga instead of having to drive our vehicles back. He even delivered the truck to our house when it was ready! Even the manager sent us a video message on our vehicle and assured us of their dedication to us as a customer. This is the most professional dealership I have ever dealt with (this coming from a life-long Honda girl). I will only recommend Mike and Thornton Road Hyundai to all of my friends and family, because that's how he treats you, like a friend or family member. He will give you the exact customer service he gave us. He is knowledgeable, personable and dedicated to giving you the best experience possible.
