Everyone that worked ther I went in to buy a used car from Thornton Road Hyundai but King made it possible for me to get a 2015 Elantra Sport Limited. The ultimate in car buying experiences - a new friend indeed I went to the dealership to "kick tires" as I was not planning a trade for about 6 months down the road. I asked for Mike based on the recommendation I went to the dealership to "kick tires" as I was not planning a trade for about 6 months down the road. I asked for Mike based on the recommendation of a friend at work and her recent experience in buying 2 vehicles. Mike and discussed my likes and dislikes in a vehicle and about the vehicle I was driving at the time. We also got to know each other and chat about common interests. During this time we were looking at a brand new Elantra and were talking price, howver I really was hesitant about committing to another small car. I exressed that I would really like to look at a lower prices option for the Elektra. When we went back out to the lot I saw a pre-owned Santa He sitting the and said " if the miles are good and the price is comparable I would really prefer that vehicle. Instantly Mike said let's see what we can do. I was very happy to find out that it was the same price as the brand new Elantra, was 2013, and had less than 35,000 miles. Because my wife was still at work we completed all the paperwork and I took the car home overnight to show her and then finalize the deal the next day. It was the least painful financing process I have ever experienced. Because it was evening we missed a bad place in the paint on the bumper. When I mentioned this to Mike and George they immediately went into action and took care of it, they even provided a loaner for the day. This is definitely a start to a lifetime relationship between customer and dealer/salesman. We could not be more pleased with our vehicle, the deal, or the experience.
