Good car, poor communication I purchased my fourth Hyundai Sonata and my second hybrid. The gas mileage is outstanding! I have used the Service Department at th dealership and have been very satisfied. I am sorry to say that I was extremely dissatisfied with the communication during my last purchase. On two different occasions I was told I would be be called about something and I wasn't. At the time I took delivery on the new car I was told they would order a second key. That was over a week ago and once again I have heard nothing. I called my salesman two days ago and have yet to receive a return call. That is not acceptable. More
