It was actually sold a few days earlier but we were not informed of it earlier. Note this was the second time this happened to us although the fist time was at another dealer. However we were very surprised and pleased that the TRH team worked with us to get us the car we wanted. In addition they provided was a great deal on the car and really took care of us during the purchasing processing. Our sales person, Curt “Semper Fi Car Guy”, really took care of us. He was extremely thorough and meticulous ensuring that all our our questions and concerns were covered. More

We actually went to another dealership and no one even came out to help us. The reason we went there was because it was closer to home. They did not have what I wanted and I called Thornton Road from their parking lot. Thornton road had the car I wanted and when I got there, Terrence had the car pulled around and was waiting on us to test drive it. The experience we had when we were there was great! Everyone was awesome!! I love my new car!! More

Better if you purchase but never plan to return When I first entered into the dealership I was impressed. They were very attentive, listened to what I was looking for and found me my car. King helped me and after some serious haggleing we made a deal. I would say that was the only negative thing about the ordeal however it is a car dealership and that's what typically happens. However after driving away with my car and signing the papers they seemed to change. Getting cosmetic issues and answering my questions regarding tech issues I was having went ignored. I had an ant problem because the cat was kept on the grass, was told to fix it myself and i had a problem eith my keys, radio and defected door tape. Which servive never returned my calls about. I ended up going to another Hyundai dealership to get issues resolved. Then when I returned to have a gap coverage removed that I realized I didn't need I was told to email someone from another department... Mind you I drove an hour and 30 minutes from where I moved to just to be told to email someon. Overall I will never buy from this location again and now that going through the trade in process for a Sante Fe I know I'm going to just stick with Rick Case in Duluth. More

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Where to begin...Got a mailer stating a certain price for a vehicle. I showed up at the dealership at 10:30am. Showed the salesperson the mailer and s Where to begin...Got a mailer stating a certain price for a vehicle. I showed up at the dealership at 10:30am. Showed the salesperson the mailer and said I want this. He drove me around the lot pointing at the cars I could get. After pointing out the one I liked, we went inside to work up a deal. Now it's around 12pm. The salesman asked the payment range I was trying to keep it at. After telling him and shaking hands on my payment ($330), interest rate (2.9%) and length of payment time (6 yrs), he returned to me only to tell me that I can't use the mailer! There were no stipulations mentioned anywhere on the mailer, but apparently you can only use the mailer if you were an UBER driver, a recent collage grad, ex military, or a previous Hyundai owner?? The deal we shook hands on was crap! He said he could get me the agreed monthly payment and interest rate, but it wasn't going to be on the mailer price of $17,888, but on the sticker price of $23,338...for a standard, base model Sonata SE!! After going back and forth, we kind of had a deal. Now around 1:45pm, i'm in the finance dept. to sign off on things. The finance guy starts sliding papers to me only saying "sign here, here and here" , not explaining anything! I happen to notice that the payment is now $349 a month, interest rate has now jumped to 4.9% and the term is for 7 yrs instead of 6! I asked and he gave me some xx about the term being this or that and that it only made a difference of $4 a month....where he got his numbers from, I have no idea!! Now, 3:30pm and being apparently colorblind to all the red-flags, I finally got the deal handled...or so I thought. When I got home, I showed my wife the paper work and told her about the crappy experience I had...only to have her point out that they still gave me the crappy interest rate and term, even after we went through it all. I work nights and had to call out of work, go back to the dealership to get this handled. I went to the manager only to have him side with his employees telling me the car I got was a "package 2" Sonata because it had a back-up camera and a 7 inch screen...which were lies because those items are factory standard in the 2016 Sonatas! They tried to make everything better by knocking off $1000 from the price of the car...now 7:00pm i'm just ready to get this all over with and tired of running in circles. I stupidly did it. I return home, told my wife and looked over the paper work again...yeah, they took off the $1000, but added a $2500 service contract fee to my overall price, which was never signed off on or even mentioned!! I return back the following morning to return the car and be done with it! As I was signing the paperwork to return the car, the finance manager simply asked what happened. I told him the whole story and he looked at everything. He was actually a good person, explained everything and got me everything I wanted in the first place $329 a month, 1.9% interest rate for 6 yrs and that was with adding leather seats too! Oh, also, i'm dealing with the tag office now because the dealership screwed that up too! they charged me the tag fees in my total, but didn't pay the tag office for the tag. So now I have to go to the tag office and pay again...AVOID THORNTON RD HYUNDAI!!!!!!!! More

I still have a fairly new car so I don't really require too much maintenance at this time but, a simple 30 minute to 1hr oil change changes into 2-3hrs of wait time. More

He was very professional and asked a co-worker Terrance Pigott to assist me with the Sonata I was interested in. I must say Terrance really knew the product very well. I'm a detail person and his focus on demonstrating the functionality of this vehicle made this one of the best test drives I've ever been on. Neither Ed nor Terrance were pushy and presented themselves as very down to earth and straightforward. I did not get the feeling that I was being taken advantage of so that they could get all they could out of a deal. Overall this dealership operated as if the customer does matter. This was a nice change for a female who is skeptical of car dealerships already. More
