Watch for lack of full disclosure If I had not been treated so well by Jeff Jones and the other gentleman when I was looking at the different cars, I would have walked away from the de If I had not been treated so well by Jeff Jones and the other gentleman when I was looking at the different cars, I would have walked away from the deal once I found out the finance manger misled me on the extended warranty. The finance manager knew that he did not explain the details about the additional cost for the warranty and the change in the number of payments. Any person who did not see that the number of payments went from 75 to 84 would have closed the deal without knowing that were lied too. I would recommend the dealership to someone but tell them to make sure and read everthing. Another thing that was a problem was that when we were negotiating price, Jeff Jones came back with a monthly quote close to what I had ask for but with me paying $1000 down. I had told him that I was not going to pay anything down. When I came back that same evening after being told that the payments were at the price I requested, I found that it was a little higher than I had requested and they still had me paying $1000 down. I left and came back the next day to finish the deal with Jeff Jones and the same thing happened again. I agreed to pay $500 down and we agreed on the deal. More
