Although he had a customer come in before my appointment, he did not make me wait when I arrived. He was very professional and asked a co-worker Terrance Pigott to assist me with the Sonata I was interested in. I must say Terrance really knew the product very well. I'm a detail person and his focus on demonstrating the functionality of this vehicle made this one of the best test drives I've ever been on. Neither Ed nor Terrance were pushy and presented themselves as very down to earth and straightforward. I did not get the feeling that I was being taken advantage of so that they could get all they could out of a deal. Overall this dealership operated as if the customer does matter. This was a nice change for a female who is skeptical of car dealerships already. More

The Parts man sold me on this dealership Who even notices when someone in the parts department makes a great impression on a customer? Well I certainly did. I needed a replacement key for my newly acquired Hyundai Azera. When I came to pick up my key, Brandon Edge says " I'm gonna do whatever it takes to earn all your business" And that will be the exactly what happens. Brandon, with the help of the service department, went the extra mile to assure that even something as simple my little key issue got first class service and attention. If everyone at Thornton Road Hyundai performs at this level I will be back for all my parts, service and more. Thank you for wanting to be the best! More

Great experience I really liked Thorton Road Hyundai, they were not pushy. Although I had to wait almost 3 hours for financing, they had pizza and snacks for us. King Stinson is the man!!! I would just like top say that without King Stinson and him consistently calling me this deal would not have taken place. I purchased a Veloster that I would just like top say that without King Stinson and him consistently calling me this deal would not have taken place. I purchased a Veloster that Thornton Road Hyundai had to acquire from another dealership. The manager who was handling the reception of my the car (I think his name is Taurus) would not call me back and I almost told them to just forget about it after almost 14 days of waiting. I just kept getting the run around. King called me everyday, even when there was no update he could give me on the car. I wanted to be angry as heck, but I couldn't because he was doing his best and I understand this was out of his control. His manager should take a note in customer service from King. Anyways, fast forward and King delivered my car with a bow on top and I can not be happier with the results..... Thank you King Stinson!!!!!! More

I would recommend working with Josh Singleton The point to take away from this lengthy review is to ask to work with Josh Singleton in sales for anything you need. He was the shining star during The point to take away from this lengthy review is to ask to work with Josh Singleton in sales for anything you need. He was the shining star during my poor experience at Thornton Hyundai. He is the person that will willingly come to check on you and make your experience quick and seamless. Otherwise, to me there is a huge lack of communication within this business. Overall my experience at this Hyundai was a 2 out of 5, but I give Josh 5 stars. I gave 5 stars for this review only because Josh deserves it and he isn't a reflection of everything else that happened during my visit. I went in with a single question to get an estimate how much it would cost to repair a couple dents before turning in my lease and how to apply my extended wear and tear warranty to fix the damage. Four hours later I never walked away with a relevant estimate from Gerber the body shop across the street, but Josh assured in the end at most it would cost $600 for my larger dent and $200 for the smaller one. The reason for my visit was this was my first leased car and I wasn't familiar with the process of turning in a car. I wanted to know how much it would cost to fix the damage in advance so that on my lease turn-in date I wouldn't be surprised with a huge bill in damages to pay. I pulled my car into maintenance for my scheduled appointment in the morning with my intention of getting an estimate. William Thompson, who goes by Billy, was my Service Advisor and there was another individual helping, but I don't recall his name. They were very kind but they didn't know the answer to getting an estimate on the damage before turning in my car. They mentioned they don't do bodywork at Hyundai. They wanted to get me the answer so they brought in Corey a sales rep who is familiar with leased vehicles to get the answer. I mentioned my extended wear and tear warranty and he said he wasn't familiar with it but that he would be interested in learning more. So I'm figuring we would sit down and discuss the warranty and my damage. Corey then walked back into the sales area. I assumed he or maintenance was getting back to me. After waiting, Billy mentioned to wait in the waiting while they found out the answer. So I sat in an area outside Corey's office. I noticed Corey was in his office with 2 individuals who were buying or leasing a car. I figured I would get an answer after he was done with his customers. So I patiently waited, but realized Corey wasn't going to be able to get to me anytime soon. I had been at Thornton Hyundai for an hour at this point. In noticed many Hyundai employees congregated at large front desk. This frustrated me because from their line of sight one could see I was waiting a long time, but nobody came over to see if I was being assisted. So I walked up to the group and asked my question at hand and mentioned I've been there for about an hour with no answer yet. Josh kindly stated he couldn't help me at the moment, but would get me in the hands of someone that could help and would make sure I got an answer to my question. He asked the admin at the front desk to have me speak with a particular individual (can't recall the name), but that person wasn't available so I was put in the hands of finance with Mitch Booth. I mentioned to him that I needed an estimate on the damage and I had a extended wear and tear package and I didn't know how to use it to cover the damage. Mitch didn't know the answer to the question but took it into his hands to work with Billy the service advisor to get the answer. I walked Mitch through the damage on my car and I was then told to wait, again. So I waited near Corey's office for at least another 30 minutes for Mitch or Billy to get back to me with an answer. I wish Corey would have checked on me after walking by me several times during the hours I've been waiting. At this point it's been two hours total at Thornton Hyundai and I still no answer. Luckily, Josh notices that I've been waiting a long time. He asks if all is well and if he could get me anything. Kindly he offered me a beverage and heard out my frustration as to I've been there at least 2 hours at this point and nobody had answered my simple question yet. I mentioned that Mitch was working with Billy to get an estimate. So Josh goes back to his business after hearing me out and assumes Mitch and Billy are handling it. I then go over to another waiting area to get some work done on my computer for another hour. I've now been there 3 hours now. After waiting a whole hour I'm concerned that Mitch and Billy haven't gotten back to me. So I took it upon myself and I walked over to maintenance to follow up with Billy in regards to the estimate. Billy wasn't sure if the estimate was complete and thought perhaps someone else was responsible for getting back to me. At this point I'm extremely impatient and normally I'm a VERY patient person. I ask Billy to grab Josh to inquire about where we stand because he specializes in leasing, whereas Mitch is in finance. Billy then grabs Josh, Josh confirms he can't find the estimate at the moment, but told me I could go home because they had everything they needed from me to get the estimate and he would call me. He felt sorry I had been there so long and said I should have been out of there hours ago. At this point I'm relieved because I've been there for a long time and I need to get back to work. Within minutes from leaving, Josh calls me and mentions the estimate is $2500 from Gerber for a couple dents which even seems off to Josh as being too expensive for the couple dents on my car. Corey had even mentioned they had guy that could fix the smaller dents for $100 so this seemed way too high of an estimate from Gerber. He said Gerber mentioned I needed repair to my hood, but there was no damage to my hood at all. Perhaps there was a mixup in cars they looked at? I still have no estimate on damage to my car after being there for three hours. Josh felt bad about all the poor communication that occurred that day and provided me an estimate as to what it should cost if I just turned in my leased car (max $600 for a larger dent and around $200 for a smaller one). He reassures me to come in and see him when I needed to turn in my leased car at the end of the contract. He stated all I needed to do was turn in the keys and that would be that. It would be a quick and easy turnover and I'd be on my way. Let me tell you did he ever stick to his word!!!! I turned in the car a few days ago I literally walked in, gave him my keys, I got my plates, and that was that! The easiest and best experience of dealing with Thornton Hyundai. So if you want to work with a sincere person who is interested in your best interest and insuring you have the best experience, ask for Josh Singleton. I didn't end up leasing or buying again from Thornton Hyundai due to the poor experience I had that day. I didn't feel confident that if I bought or leased from this Hyundai again that I would have a team that could help me with future concerns. I went with a Honda Accord instead at Nalley Honda. If you are someone who loves Hyundai I WOULD RECOMMEND Josh to anyone who is interested in buying or leasing. He is a sincere individual who values a customer's time and wants to ensure they have the best experience. Thanks Josh for everything! You stuck to your word that turning in my car would be a easy and fast, and it was! More
