After calling numerous times, getting cut off each time, calling the corporate office, they finally connected us with the vice-president. He was very rude and said we signed the contract and should have read it more carefully. The verbiage is very vague (which we questioned) and the salesperson and business manager misrepresented the verbiage. Lesson learned, this dealership doesn't care and will mislead you to getting more commission. More

I purchased a vehicle in early December 2021 and was fairly pleased with the customer service….that is until I arrived at my home 1 1/2 hours away in rainy weather and noticed the dealership had placed fairly pleased with the customer service….that is until I arrived at my home 1 1/2 hours away in rainy weather and noticed the dealership had placed tires on my vehicle that were not only worn beyond belief, but the dealership permitted me to drive off the lot in rainy conditions. I found this behavior to be egregiously irresponsible. I reached out to the person that helped me and he worked a deal with the owners to find me new tires at their discounted rate. After waiting three weeks, I could no longer wait and wound up purchasing a set of tires. I asked the dealership to pay for half of the invoice. According to the salesperson, the dealership refused to pay for half of the invoice, but they agreed to pay half the price of a set of tires at their discounted rate. This has been going on for several weeks. First, I was told a check would be in the mail when the owner returned from a business trip, and now it has changed to approval has to be granted from the corporate office. I was holding off on this review because I believed the dealership was going to pay me. I am now convinced the dealership has no intention to pay me. I sent them my invoice and I have corresponded with the salesperson over several emails. I have the dealership’s commitment to making things right, but to my dismay, this is yet another typical dealership with flawed ethical values. If you plan to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, please, please, please request ask them to permit you to have a pre-purchase inspection performed. You will save yourself the frustration I have encountered. The sales experience was great, but the follow up care from the dealership is unacceptable. I hope this rating and other platforms I plan to pursue will convince this dealership to treat their customers with dignity and respect. I also hope this will prompt the dealership to reimburse me for half the amount I paid for a new set of tires. Peace and Blessings. More

I met with Diana, and she was wonderful! Full of energy! I was interested in a particular truck and she had pulled it out front for us before we arrived to test drive it. After the test drive my wife and I took a look around at what else was in the lot for a little while. We found a more expensive truck and asked to take it out on a test drive. Diana pulled the truck up for us, but instead of pushing us to buy the more expensive vehicle, she let us know that the interior probably wasn't what we were looking for compared to the original truck we came in to see. We ended up financing through ALM and got a great rate! They really took care of us. In and out in 3.5 hours with the out the door price we were looking for. Great job. Found an SUV I was interested in online at ALM but I live 3 hours away. I submitted a request for more info online and Ju'Michael reached out and was very helpful. I sent him photos of my trade and he worked out a deal over the phone that was too good to pass up. I arrived the following day around lunch time and he had the paperwork and the SUV both ready for me. Ju'Michael was awesome and the rest of the staff was very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend ALM to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

THE APETIMY OF A SLEAZY CAR DEALERSHIP. Every interaction I’ve had with this dealership has been unprofessional and even vulgar. How are they still in business? Most recently, I called to get the email address for the general manager. ANDREW ALGAZE answered the phone in a very unpleasant manner. When I asked for the General manager’s email address, his response was “why do you want it”. I then told him that it was really none of his business but if he must know, it was regarding a previous car purchase. He then told me “no”, he wouldn’t give it to me. He then called back, apologized and said he had the email address for me and that it was “DEEZNUTZ@gmail.com”. He then began laughing like a 10 year old boy and hung up on me. Two minutes later, I get a text message from ANDREW ALGAZE that read, “don’t call back here again, loser”. He then continued to send me insulting, harassing text messages for the next hour. I finally wished him good luck in prison and blocked his number. More
