My wife and I took the two hour drive from Western NC to the Atlanta area to find a car to replace hers, which had been totaled in an accident a few weeks prior. We met with Allen Smith at ALM Gwinnett and the Atlanta area to find a car to replace hers, which had been totaled in an accident a few weeks prior. We met with Allen Smith at ALM Gwinnett and drove a couple of different cars. Allen was patient and kind and helped us with the purchase of a very nice 2018 GMC Acadia Denali. Also, George in the finance department was really great. He helped us get a 48,000 mile warranty and a really good interest rate on the loan. I purchase my car on 2/25/22 and it was by Derek and I can say that he was a great sellsman. Two weeks later they told me I had to bring the car back due to my income note my income is $3,000 a month. So can say that he was a great sellsman. Then I asked them to give me another tag and they didn’t George the finance manager said he will get me one before it expires. So today is April 11 and the tag expires today still no tag. So you know I’m bout to get real disrespectful because this is not professional at all. And this is my last time dealing with them because I tried to call George and talk to him and one associate was drilling me with a thousand questions once again my mouth can get very disrespectful. This place is very unprofessional you can have all your documents and money and they still don’t do what they pose to do. More

Do not purchase an extended warranty from this dealership. We questioned the warranty extensively and was assured by the business manager that the warranty would start when the manufacturer's war dealership. After calling numerous times, getting cut off each time, calling the corporate office, they finally connected us with the vice-president. He was very rude and said we signed the contract and should have read it more carefully. The verbiage is very vague (which we questioned) and the salesperson and business manager misrepresented the verbiage. Lesson learned, this dealership doesn't care and will mislead you to getting more commission. More

I purchased a vehicle in early December 2021 and was fairly pleased with the customer service….that is until I arrived at my home 1 1/2 hours away in rainy weather and noticed the dealership had placed fairly pleased with the customer service….that is until I arrived at my home 1 1/2 hours away in rainy weather and noticed the dealership had placed tires on my vehicle that were not only worn beyond belief, but the dealership permitted me to drive off the lot in rainy conditions. I found this behavior to be egregiously irresponsible. I reached out to the person that helped me and he worked a deal with the owners to find me new tires at their discounted rate. After waiting three weeks, I could no longer wait and wound up purchasing a set of tires. I asked the dealership to pay for half of the invoice. According to the salesperson, the dealership refused to pay for half of the invoice, but they agreed to pay half the price of a set of tires at their discounted rate. This has been going on for several weeks. First, I was told a check would be in the mail when the owner returned from a business trip, and now it has changed to approval has to be granted from the corporate office. I was holding off on this review because I believed the dealership was going to pay me. I am now convinced the dealership has no intention to pay me. I sent them my invoice and I have corresponded with the salesperson over several emails. I have the dealership’s commitment to making things right, but to my dismay, this is yet another typical dealership with flawed ethical values. If you plan to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, please, please, please request ask them to permit you to have a pre-purchase inspection performed. You will save yourself the frustration I have encountered. The sales experience was great, but the follow up care from the dealership is unacceptable. I hope this rating and other platforms I plan to pursue will convince this dealership to treat their customers with dignity and respect. I also hope this will prompt the dealership to reimburse me for half the amount I paid for a new set of tires. Peace and Blessings. More
