We went to look at a new car for our daughter yesterday, and were initially greeted by Sam and McKee. Sam helped us with some basic information and then McKee took us out for a test drive. We really like and were initially greeted by Sam and McKee. Sam helped us with some basic information and then McKee took us out for a test drive. We really liked the car, but we’re concerned about the brakes since our daughter would be driving it. We asked if they would have their service department check out the brakes for us before purchasing. After their inspection, they told us the brakes were in good shape and they actually resurfaced the rotors for us as an extra touch. Our finance manager, Mohammed was easy to work with as well, and went through the paperwork with us pretty quick. They whole team was great to work with, from the trade-in of her old car to the purchase of the new one. I would recommend reaching out to Sam or McKee for your future car needs. Two great guys! Overall, they were very professional and provided great customer service. More

They're scam From higher authority to salesperson everyone lies. You will not ever get a good car and service from them. Bought a car and it overheated within 10 minutes. Now its been almost 2.5 mont everyone lies. You will not ever get a good car and service from them. Bought a car and it overheated within 10 minutes. Now its been almost 2.5 months there and they didn't fix the car yet and im still paying for the car installments. Im paying for the car which i didn't even drove for 10 minutes. Beware of them. They will not care about the customers. Worst car dealership ever. Boycott ALM! More

DO NOT BUY from ALM. I unfortunately am left with a broken vehicle with only 36,000 miles. After purchasing the vehicle, numerous issues arise that include electrical, and bent wheels. The company sold a vehicle that was scrapped together to be sellable. After contacting the company over 20 times, there was always the message "we will call you back." The company showed zero help with a very expensive vehicle bought. DO NOT BUY from this company!!! More

MUST READ! ! I have mixed feelings. My salesman is amazing (Louis) and he made sure the mechanical issues were fixed by the Porsche dealer. However, there is a ! I have mixed feelings. My salesman is amazing (Louis) and he made sure the mechanical issues were fixed by the Porsche dealer. However, there is a windshield problem that I told the ALM Service Manager about and it was never addressed. Zaid, always has an attitude as if you're disturbing him by expecting him to be an actual service manager. There were a few other minimal things I asked to have fixed. Zaid promised he would "have his guys fix". It was never addressed. It's incredible how once my loan was funded, he would not return my calls. The salesman, Louis, is great, unfortunately he is subject to bad ratings because the organization does not take care of the customers after they get paid for the deal. Although Louis is awesome, I can not recommend ALM to anybody for future business. Did I mention that I work in the banking side of the car business and manage over 300 dealers across the country? I recommend dealers to people all the time when asked where to go. The entire ALM company is now on a company I explicitly recommend as a place TO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH. The dealership also charges almost $3000 for a paint protection product that is on the vehicle before they sell it. It costs them 0.00, but force you to pay $3000. I have made this dame rating on many dealer rated and consumer report websites. I will personally go out of my way to steer people away from the entire ALM company in every state they have a dealership. 5 stars for Louis in Sales, 1 star for Zaid in Service Update, I sent an email to ALM. as requested. It's been several days and I haven't heard anything from them... Shocker. Although, I've had a conversation with the GIADA. As it turns out a dealer is not supposed to sell a car with a blemished windshield especially when the blemish is in the line of sight of the driver. It looks like a law suit situation More
