I am writing to inform you of a concerning issue I recently experienced with one of your vehicles. On December 2, 2022, I purchased a 2019 X7 BMW with 18,000 from ALM Gwinnett. There were no damage or recently experienced with one of your vehicles. On December 2, 2022, I purchased a 2019 X7 BMW with 18,000 from ALM Gwinnett. There were no damage or replacement parts listed on the CarFax or inspection. When we purchased the vehicle, the check engine light was on, and we were told that the car had not been driven in a while and we needed to drive it for a few days, and the light would go off. Then we were instructed to bring the car back for its emissions. Upon returning a few days after purchase, I was given a letter and instructed to take it across the street for emissions. The truck passed emissions, but the light returned a few days later. I called the SOS from the vehicle after the light returned a few times and was told that it may need to be reset. Sure enough, the light went off but would return months later. I made an appointment with BMW to have the vehicle serviced. However, the warranty expired a month prior, and now I am starting to receive all types of notifications and warnings. I even had the police station contact me due to an error in the emergency call system. The police thought I was in danger. However, I was just leaving the gym. At this point, I contacted the dealership to make an appointment. I went in for my appointment for what I thought was a sensor diagnostic, turn into a $5K repair bill. It appears that the control system was replaced on 4/22/22. There is no documentation of this except on BMW’s system- not sure if someone paid for these services with cash, so the information would not appear on the inspection report. I also saw on the vehicle report that the windshield and sunroof were replaced. This was not listed on the Carfax either. I believe some of the faulty wiring issues are negligence on your part for not providing this information to a new buyer or doing the proper research. I will spare some of the details of the disappointment I experienced as I waited in a BMW lobby for 5 hours with no resolution and walked away with an estimate of $5k. Furthermore, we purchased the extended warranty from ALM Gwinnett, GWC. GWC told me over the phone that some repairs would be covered but denied the claim. I am very concerned about this incident and feel it poses a significant risk to myself and other drivers. I am writing to request that your company take immediate action to investigate this issue and determine why this issue was not documented on the Carfax report. I would appreciate a prompt response to this matter. I provided a copy to Anthony on May 2nd. I haven't heard back from anyone as of yet. I reached out this week and have not been able to speak to a manager. I have been transferred to multiple voicemails with no resolution. Thank you for your immediate attention to this issue. More

Our Salesperson Linda was very professional and helpful. The manager Chris is excellent to work with, he supported Linda to earn our business. This location agreed on a price, and told us we didn’t need to put a deposit to hold it since we were coming today. Mike and Dante are good salesmen. Richard, the manager, is not a good person to work with. They tried to say they sold a vehicle after we had the vehicle inspected and it was still at Richard, the manager, is not a good person to work with. Initially they tried to get us to purchase another vehicle that was at one of their other locations. So unprofessional!!!! Women buyers have good sense. They tried it!!! More
