Hung up the phone on me! After almost a week of no response from a salesman (Chris) I was working with over the phone, I called back a third time to merely request my credit r After almost a week of no response from a salesman (Chris) I was working with over the phone, I called back a third time to merely request my credit report the dealership ran. The gentleman who answered the phone, kindly educated me that it was illegal to make copies and email reports. He apologized for the other salesman who wasn't returning my phone calls, and I responded "its ok, you've just lost a sale." He responded "Now you're being disrespectful" and he hung up the phone before I could explain that I'd found a vehicle over the weekend and that Chris was just a little slow. Once he found out that I was no longer a potential customer - his entire mood changed. This is why car shopping sucks. I run my own business and understand customers' frustrations, and as an owner, you always do your best to assist them. Because they may not be a customer now, but they could be in the future. AND ITS ALL ABOUT RELATIONSHIPS. *Chris was just slow (forgivable). The guy that answered the phone should have better re pour with customers. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone based on this experience with him. Professionally, management needs to better train their salespeople that answer the phone. More

Excellent Experience - Excellent Service!!! This is my second purchase within 6 months from this dealership. Back in February 2015, my husband and I purchased a BMW 3 series from this Chris, an This is my second purchase within 6 months from this dealership. Back in February 2015, my husband and I purchased a BMW 3 series from this Chris, and the experience was so great that I knew that I would purchase from ALM as well. I had my previous car for 10 years; I did not really want to purchase a new vehicle, but it was time to do so. Shanta Washington took such good care of me - I cannot even begin to tell you how phenomenal this woman is!!!! I had my heart set on a Audi Q5, but ALM Gwinnett did not have the model with the features that I wanted on their lot. Shanta and Thabit searched high and low to find me exactly what I wanted..and it wasn't exactly and easy process. They were so patient and just willing to do whatever it took to ensure that I was satisfied. Shanta personifies going "above and beyond". Not only did she assist in locating the vehicle that I wanted, she and I went on a journey that took us to two of the ALM sister dealerships to test drives vehicles. Thabit and Brian worked out an amazing deal, and I am beyond satisfied. While we were working through the terms of our deal, Razi went to pick up dinner for Shanta and me - seriously, who does that?!?!?!?! AWESOME SERVICE - ALM Gwinnett treats you like family.
