Alex was extremely professional and did everything I bought a used 2013 Ford F-150 from Alex Dorrego at ALM Gwinnett and whole process was fantastic. Alex was extremely professional and did everything he could to get me the best price possible, and even took care of a few cosmetic issues free of charge (torn leather seat, faded paint, etc.). He even mailed me my license plate when I accidentally left it behind. I am totally in love with the car and now I couldn't say better things about Alex and ALM Gwinnett! More

Terrible customer service I purchased a vehicle from the Gwinnett dealership. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that it was inspected and in very good running condition I purchased a vehicle from the Gwinnett dealership. When I purchased the vehicle, I was told that it was inspected and in very good running condition. Within one week of purchase, we had to put in over $2,000 into the oil leak problems and a new water pump where the engine would actually shut down. I realize we bought the car "As is" BUT I also firmly believe in customer service and standing behind something you sell. We spoke to several individuals appeared to be concerned but when the rubber met the road and talked with the GM and/or part owner...absolutely no sympathy...NOTHING!! Their quote, "You bought a used car you have to expect problems". This was a 2007 BMW with under 100K mileage. I have a 2006 Toyota with over 120K mileage with NO problems. When I told the main person there that, his only comeback was, "That's a Japanese car, they are more reliable". More
Terrible Service!! I went to this dealership Thursday evening 7/21/16 to look at a Jaguar XJ that I had seen online. The salesman Brian came out an greeted me and let me I went to this dealership Thursday evening 7/21/16 to look at a Jaguar XJ that I had seen online. The salesman Brian came out an greeted me and let me start the car up. He said we could not go on a test drive because they were about to close. We chatted and i told him i would come back the next day....which I did. I saw him and he walked out to the lot with me....then said that he had another customer and that he would refer me to someone else that could help me. I said ok. In about 7mns another guy Razi walks up and I tell him I was trying to narrow my search down to the Jaguar XJ, Mercedes CLS 550 and the BMW 750li. He said ok and that he would be right back with the keys to the Mercedes CLS 550....he never showed back up. When I walked in the showroom and asked about him, one of the other salesman said that he had left. i was then referred to a-n-o-t-h-e-r salesman ..think his name was Walter....meanwhile I see my original salesman Brian just casually walking around the store. I am thinking "What the heck is going on here??" my new salesman ask me a series of questions....do I have good credit...(yes).....do I have money to put down.....(yes)....am I ready to buy a car today.....(huh??? I am trying to make a decision!! I need to test drive these 3 cars first before I can decide if I am going to buy today....but I will probably need to think about it for a day or so.. I told him I am serious buyer and will be buying something in the next 4-7 days. I totaled out my Mercedes s550 and will be buying.The salesman continues to push me to make a decision today....WITHOUT even letting me test drive ANY cars. After several minutes of this I told him I was leaving!....and walked out. DONT USE THIS DEALERSHIP the whole vibe felt bad. I went to the ALM in Buford and Rosa their was GREAT!! a breath of fresh air. The whole environment at the Buford store was different from the moment I drove on the lot. In Gwinnett.....go to the Buford ALM.....they can sell you cars from the Gwinnett store. don't go to the Gwinnett Store... you've been warned. More
Beware I was sold a truck that the oil pressure gauge was not reading. I informed the salesman (Nate Masresha) of this. He took it back to the service department and came back and told me the oil pressure was fine and came back and told me it was the sending unit that was bad. I asked him if the oil pressure was the problem what would they do. He said we have 20 million dollars worth of inventory and they would make it right that they didn't want to sell a car with a bad motor. I bought the truck, took it to the ford dealership to have it checked on and the motor was full of metal shavings. I called them back and found out that it is my problem now. Plus its going on 40 days and I still haven't received my tag information to purchase my tag. Now I'm making payments on a truck I cant drive. Thank you ALM More
