Poor Customer Service I visited ALM Gwinnett last weekend after finding a car of my interest through an online search. What a mistake! It was the most awful car shopping e I visited ALM Gwinnett last weekend after finding a car of my interest through an online search. What a mistake! It was the most awful car shopping experience ever. First, after looking around the lot for a while, it took at least 10 minutes for me to get any assistance, even though they were not busy. I had to ask for assistance a couple times before any sales associates decided to help. The sales associate that finally did come over, clearly demonstrated how this dealership does not value its customers. From the initial introductions, the sales associate’s demeanor was unacceptable and unprofessional. His tone and shortness was unwarranted and inappropriate. Me being the kind person that I am, initially brushed it off as, “ maybe he just is having a bad moment”, so I attempted to lightening things up. I decided to ask the sales associate, “what can you tell me about this car?” He replied, “ I have hundreds of cars on this lot. Its impossible to know about each one.” After going for a test drive, I decided that the car was not for me. So I asked the associate to show me a different car. He replied, “We are not going to test drive every car on the lot.” Really?! This is how you treat your customers?! Buyers beware! Car buying is a big purchase and you owe it to yourself to buy from a dealership that appreciates you business. This dealership earned this low rating! Stay Away! More

Easy and quick I had already had my eye on a car I found online however when I came in to see it, I was greeted right away by Sunny. He was able to quickly show me t I had already had my eye on a car I found online however when I came in to see it, I was greeted right away by Sunny. He was able to quickly show me the car I was interested in. No long wait, I already knew what I wanted and he adjusted to my time constraint. I left in 20 minutes, applied for financing that evening, came back the next day and drove it home. A short wait for signing papers and finalizing financing. Easy peasy. I have a great new car, both Sunny and the loan officer were great, even fed me pizza because I was hungry :) More

Lie to make a sale The saleswoman was nice and helpful. I had already picked out the vehicle I planned on purchasing and was trading in a car I purchased 10 months earl The saleswoman was nice and helpful. I had already picked out the vehicle I planned on purchasing and was trading in a car I purchased 10 months earlier from them. The only complaint with the first transaction was after the sale I was given an "I owe you" to fix the paint on the rear bumper. I showed up twice to have the bumper fixed by their subcontractor that touches up paint. With an appointment to have this fixed twice I was given the run around on why he couldn't get to it. I never went back again as I was frustrated with the entire situation. The first purchase at ALM Mall of GA I just wrote a check for the difference between the trade and the vehicle purchased. No problems. However, when I went to purchase the vehicle at ALM Gwinnett we worked a deal and was prepared to write a check for the difference. They told me they cant take a check without running a soft credit pull to verify score. I told them ABSOLUTELY not. I have really good credit and the only things I have financed are business properties and I was in the process of refinancing a multi-million dollar loan, and didn't want any credit inquiries to mess up the refinance. I told them let me go to the bank on Monday and I'll bring back cash. They didn't want to do this because it was the last days of the month and they wanted to complete the sale by months end. So they had the Finance Manager and the Sales Manager come over and assure that nothing would be reported this was just a "SOFT" pull. Well, they are all liars that will do anything to make a sale. Of course a few days later I'm notified that an inquiry was done on Equifax under Speed Gears, Inc. on Dec 30th, 2016. Buyers BEWARE!!! This dealership lacks all integrity. ALM you lost a customer for life. I know you made over 10K on the transactions I gave you. The first vehicle I traded in you sold in 2 weeks for 5k more then you gave me on trade. Good for you...I'm fine with dealerships making money. The new owner called me because I left a check in the truck and I asked him what he paid. Just disappointed because I tried to be a loyal customer. More

Power Steering????? Are you kidding me? It's an S Class Mercedes. Tell me something I don't know, like: P1 Package, Warmth & Comfort Package, Driver Assistance Package, Burmeister Sound, instead of , "Runs Good." For sixty grand, I would hope that it runs good. Quit cutting and pasting ad copy from the 70's and tell me stuff that I really want to know! More
