Well I went to the ALM Gwinnett location and I absolutely loved my experience. Kelly ( internet contact) set me up with a sales person named De’ El Camarena. He was on point with me from introducing himself with a hand shake and me driving away from the parking lot. He made my entire process in purchasing my Cadillac so easy going and just plain comfortable which I’ve never experienced before from any dealership. He has the best mannerism , and lovely way of speaking . I would recommend anyone to ask for him directly , you would not be disappointed. He will have your back and take care of you. His coworkers will say the same, because one even came up to me and just let me know how wonderful he is. I will also say this , he needs his own office, raise,and a promotion. I just can’t say enough. Anyway, for all those people who read reviews like I do, just trust me and go to this location and ask for De’ El Camarena. Terrible experience. Colossal waste of time. We had the worst experience in this dealership. Don't go there if you don't know *exactly* what you want. They don't allow customers to test drive mor We had the worst experience in this dealership. Don't go there if you don't know *exactly* what you want. They don't allow customers to test drive more than three cars without purchase. (They also let you wait before each test drive for a long time for no clear reason.) My husband and I drove all the way there to check two Mercedes Benz GLK 350 and an Audi Q5 from their inventory. They suggested I try an Acura they had on the lot first. After test driving it and the two GLK 350 they refused to bring the Audi because that took me over the three cars limit. If that's their policy, they need to have it on their website. I'm still in disbelieve. They were rude, pushy and the whole experience was just awful. More

He doesn't try to use traditional sales tactics to get you to purchase the vehicle, and he is straightforward throughout the entire process. He ensures that everyone involved in the purchasing process (i.e. sales, finance, detail, etc.) are held accountable for the services that they are employed to provide. When I received my vehicle from detail, it wasn't done properly or to Allen's personal standard. As a result, he ensured that I was able to talk to the head of the detail department to set up an appointment first thing the next morning to have it corrected. Thanks again Allen. More
