Very disappointed in the dealership under the Autonation umbrella!! I bought this this van sight unseen, going by the salesman’s description. I bought aftermarket warranty and asked for price difference bet umbrella!! I bought this this van sight unseen, going by the salesman’s description. I bought aftermarket warranty and asked for price difference between $100 deductible and zero deductible, that text went unanswered. I flew into Atlanta and paid for an Uber to get me to the dealership. When I arrived I noticed two things immediately. The window washer nozzle was missing and the passenger seat trim was broken. They got me a new nozzle but said trim was not included under the Autonation certified vehicle! Yikes!! While driving back to Tampa, the check engine light came on, the oil reset had not been reset even though it was Autonation certified. The sync system is failing and the ac is barely descent, surely not cold. Both Sun visors are hanging, not in the up position. Trim is missing from driver slider and driver slider is super hard to get closed. Today I found the driver seat is not attached on the rear corner, DANGEROUS!!! So there’s my thoughts, only cost a penny. Beware of Autonation certified, it means NOTHING!! More

David in the Service Depart was great. He stayed in constant contact with me the whole time they had my car, which is very rare. I have been told by other dealerships that it would be 2 weeks before they can even look at my car but not this dealer. They've said it might be 3-5 days for them to diagnose an issue and have consistently completed them in 24 hours or less. I will be in the market for a new car next year, and I will say the service department at AutoNation Ford Marietta is helping me make a decision on who I choose to purchase from. More

I brought my car in for service December 2022. It needed a new transmission control module, which apparently was on backorder and would take a while to come in. Months pass by with no communication, so I call at various points and never hear back. Finally I decided to buy a new car since this wouldn't be resolved quickly. I get a voicemail from them last week AFTER 6 MONTHS, where they tell me that they haven't heard back from me and will close out the ticket and tow my car away if I don't respond by the end of the week. I HADN'T HEARD FROM THEM IN 6 MONTHS. I ended up selling the car to a private party instead, just to have this saga come to an end. Please think twice before bringing your car here for service or buying from this dealership. If this is how they treat Ford customers, I'm sure you can find better service elsewhere. More
