I visited 4 dealerships, 3 different manufacturers, in a week looking for a vehicle. AutoNation Ford was the first one that took the time to find out what I wanted and help me make a selection that closest week looking for a vehicle. AutoNation Ford was the first one that took the time to find out what I wanted and help me make a selection that closest match my wants. The initial offer was more than fair and generous, and clearly spelled out all the details, such as TAVT, Title, dealer fees, etc listed item by item. Ford also was the only dealership of any make that offered financing as part of the deal and they had the best rates available anywhere. The manager didn't wait until the end of our visit to try and close the deal but introduced himself and listened during the first 15 minutes we were there. More

This is specifically about the service department, I can't comment on the rest of the dealership. Twice I have gone in there for help, and I don't plan on going there any more. Not because of any custom can't comment on the rest of the dealership. Twice I have gone in there for help, and I don't plan on going there any more. Not because of any customer service related reason, everyone I dealt with was perfectly nice, but they either don't seem to know what they or doing, or they don't care. First time, went in to figure out what to do about an oil leak by the turbo and for a strange noise My wife thought was coming from the engine (her car, but also I heard the noise). For the turbo part, they did the diagnostic and found out that we needed a new turbo, and the price they quoted us was more than I was willing to pay, which is fine as I understand the dealership is supposed to be the experts, so they give a price that reflects that. On the weird noise issue, they couldn't figure it out. I found a different place that could do the turbo for a bit less after I purchased the turbo on my own. The funny thing is, they figured out the weird noise immediately, and it was something stupid. A windshield wiper was slightly loose and vibrating against the hood, but not so loose the wipers didn't still work. My second interaction there, took the car up because there was a gasoline smell coming through the A/C vents, but not all the time, as well as rough idling and seemingly a loss of acceleration. There were no obvious signs of fuel leaking, like a puddle or anything like that, so we thought, again, the best place to take it would be the dealership so the "experts" could figure it out. Dropped it off on a Saturday, they told me they were slammed, so they wouldn't be able to check it out till the coming Tuesday, which was fine. I get the call on Tuesday that they couldn't smell anything, so I reply that the problem is intermittent, and that it doesn't seem to happen until after the car is driving for a bit with the A/C running, and that multiple people, not just my wife and I, have smelled it. So, the rep says they will take another look at it and get back. 2 days goes by without hearing anything, so I try calling the rep direct since that's what he told me to do even though he may not be able to pick up, and I get nothing back. Two more days go by and I still hear nothing while calling a couple more times and leaving messages. We've got 3 kids, we both work, and it's getting close to a new week so I call the front and ask about it and I kind of get the run around and get told that I will be getting a call back after someone goes and checks on the status. Never get a call back, so that Sunday, I just go get the car. The guy I dealt with was very nice and got the car right for me, but it was a complete waste of time as the gas smell still happens, still looking for a shop that will be more helpful. Again, everyone was nice when I could actually get a hold of someone, but the second visit especially was frustrating. More
