What a great experience. I buy a lot of cars and have never had an experience this good. Very happy with our purchase, Stephen and "B" were extremely helpful and friendly and David and Mac were very efficient when processing the paperwork. I love my car I have the Oxford White 2013 Ford Fusion SE w/1.6 ecoboost engine, dune interior, moonroof, Sync. It drives like a luxury dream car...everywhere I go...people say to me "is that the New Ford SE w/1.6 ecoboost engine, dune interior, moonroof, Sync. It drives like a luxury dream car...everywhere I go...people say to me "is that the New Ford?". Before this I always drove foriegn european made made cars...in fact I traded in my 2002 BMW 530i. My car salesman actually called me as I was walking out the door to go to another dealership to test drive another car. However he not only beat their price but gave me the exact same vehicle I was looking for. They acutally had someone drive to Union City to get the car I had wanted. Everything was seemless and easy in & out in under 1 hr. No lemonade cars sold here...very knowledgable about the car and answered all the concerns & questions I had. BTW that little 1.6 L ecoboost engine has some kick to it...and I feel like a pilot behind the drivers seat...the car is well built and doesnt feel cheap. It gets good gas milege as well. Great Car-Great Service-Great Deal...I'm now a Ford Fusion Fan. More
I purchased my vehicle on Feb 14, 2013. The financial manager said my vehicle should have 60 days limited warranty which included the engine and transmission components. Two weeks ago, I found out my tra manager said my vehicle should have 60 days limited warranty which included the engine and transmission components. Two weeks ago, I found out my transmission or engine made a loud noise when I swift the gear from park to drive. I believe the engine or transmission mount cause the problem. First, I called the Lexus dealership and they said this is not a common problem., so I called my (ford) dealership and ask does my warranty cover it and they said it does not. I called again on March 20, 2013, one of the manager named j and he said that my warranty should cover the repair. I am very disappointing why I bought the vehicle with that kind WORSE customer services. They act so nice when you are buying a car from them, after you finish the business with them, they will act like they dont care about you or leave us alone. The lady who answers the phone for the dealership, she needs to go. She is very rude to the customer. Highly NOT recommend this dealership at all!!! More
To begin, salesman Jeff Pirkle was excellent. Finance manager Darrell Harp was awful. This was the fourth Ford XLT Explorer I have purchased (2012 or2013). I visited other dealerships before going to TEA manager Darrell Harp was awful. This was the fourth Ford XLT Explorer I have purchased (2012 or2013). I visited other dealerships before going to TEAM Ford. I knew what I wanted, they had it in stock. After agreeing on a "walk-out" price (including tax and Premium Warranty), after signing over my 2012 Ford Explorer title to them, after the new car was prepped and while electronically signing papers I noted a price increase of $ 191.00. I complained and it was removed. While continuing to sign new documents, I again noticed in the fine print that the DEALER would receive a $750.00 refund for the unused portion of the extended warranty on the Explorer that I was trading in. I had stated that I would use this refund to get to the price I needed. At this point I was extremely aggravated and started to walk out. Again the finance Manager Darrell Harp went to his boss and removed this. I also noted that the finance charge was increased. Since I will pay it off in a few months I let it go. I feel that they were deceptive and tried to cheat me at least three times. Luckily I always try to read the fine print. This was the second Explorer I had purchased from TEAM Ford. There 'WILL NOT' be a third purchase of any kind. If you go to this dealer you better read the fine print !!!! More

I must say that from the first time I visited the lot B was never pushy and never gave me the feeling he was about the sale. B took the time to listen to what I wanted and the price I wanted it at. They made my shopping experience enjoyable when I was so ready to give up on finding a car. So thank you Team Ford for having such a welcoming spirit and for making me a happy Ford owner, I love my new Ford Escape. More
