Kay Kay greeted me immediately with a genuine smile, anxious to help me any way she could. I drove back to the dealership the next day--an hour drive for me--to purchase my 2022 Ford Edge ST line because of the service she provided me. When I went back the second day she was not working, but Sean was. His service was exceptional as well. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was purchasing and never made me feel like he was trying to take advantage of me. Every person I came across at this dealership, including the Finance Managers Ahmad, Holly, and Arthur, all provided the same, consistent, transparent service. I left with a great deal on a brand new car, and perfectly satisfied with my experience there. When I go to buy another Ford, Autonation Ford Marietta will be my first stop. When I know a friend or family member is looking for a new car, Autonation Ford Marietta will be my first recommendation. I would love to give 0 stars. But they don't allow it. This was the worst experience in my life in terms of dealing with a dealership. They do not support Active Duty military or But they don't allow it. This was the worst experience in my life in terms of dealing with a dealership. They do not support Active Duty military or vets. They have no integrity. They are liars. I spoke with them prior to heading into their dealership. I told them I had 5 appraisals for my trade. They asked from who? I said Carmax, Carvana, kia of Augusta, and so on. The average offer was 27k for my trade. They said if you have an offer from Carmax, we will aggressively match or beat it. I said are you sure? I am stationed 172 miles away one way. He Mr. Taylor said yes. So we went. Waisted a whole Saturday with the family. Just to be low balled by 6k. They gave the Lowest offer out of 6 dealerships. So they blatantly lied. No integrity. Not a man of his word. Stay away, if you like honest ppl, ppl with Integrity. This is not the place. More

Absolutely the worst experience in my life. No integrity. No honesty. Do not support Active Duty or vets. Which I am an Active Duty Service member. I was blatantly lied to. Drove 172 miles one No integrity. No honesty. Do not support Active Duty or vets. Which I am an Active Duty Service member. I was blatantly lied to. Drove 172 miles one way. And lied to. Waisted my day with family. 8 hrs of time spent driving and at this shady dealership. They low ball you on your trade. You can multiple appraisals from reputable companies like Carmax, kia of Augusta, Carvana, and still be short changed by 6k. The only reason we made the trip, was because I asked over the phone, would you guys be close or beat my current appraisals. They said yes. They verbatim said, if you have appraisals from Carmax, we will aggressively beat or match carmax. Carmax offer was 27k. I get there and my rep is nowhere to be found. Than they give me a horrible offer of 21k. Then there finance guy said the other 5 appraisals we're wrong. But there 21k is right. So essentially he said all 5 were wrong. This place and ppl have zero integrity. No honesty. No care to admit they were wrong. If you are an honest person with integrity. This dealership is not the place for you. Stay away. I told Mr. Taylor I'm stationed 172 miles away. And I would only head there if they would match or beat my appraisals from other dealerships. He and this dealership lied. More
