I brought my F150 for oil change and service as the brakes were making a squeaking noise and rattling on acceleration. (I had full brake pad and rotor change front n back done in Aug.2023 ). They tried brakes were making a squeaking noise and rattling on acceleration. (I had full brake pad and rotor change front n back done in Aug.2023 ). They tried to rip me off by saying the rear rotors had to be resurfaced. I requested a shuttle service and they kept me waiting for over 3 hours. Very poor service. The sales rep David was not professional at all. Will not recommend this service center to anybody. Their service was good up till last year. Now horrible. More
I did a walk in for and oil change the wait time wasn't to long.They kept me up to date about what was going on they even did a video The lady that was handing everything was very professional and I ask to long.They kept me up to date about what was going on they even did a video The lady that was handing everything was very professional and I ask questions about different things and she responded well.place was nice and clean I didn't meet the mechanic that did the job but overall they did a good job I would recommend family and friends to drop by if they need anything done to there car Keep up the good work More
My experience would have been 5 stars, my salesperson Greg was very helpful and I'm happy with the car I purchased. However, things started going badly at closing when I was told that I needed to clear my record because they couldn't apply for the tag and title. They proceeded to close the deal and gave me a borrower's agreement instead of a temporary tag. The next morning I called and the trash office told me that my record was fine, and that I shouldn't have even been asked to make the phone call because I'm paying the dealership a fee to do so for me. I reached out to the salesman and the closing officer both who were off that day and said they passed it on to a manager. Later that day I called the dealership as I had not heard back. After leaving a message and waiting an hour I called back to learn that the issue was with the previous owner and the dealership sold me a car without a clean title. They assured me they would deal with it. A few days later I reached back out and was told the tag should come in the mail in a few days. Still nothing. I reach out again and am told it's being passed onto management. Finally j reached out and said I wound be returning the car as they had 30 days to get the title issue resolved and they have failed to do so. I was told the tag clerk and manager would resolve it. I still don't have a tag or any documentation that the process has been started. Don't buy a car from these people. More
