We had our Escape in for service at this location. The problem was with the EVAP system. It was dropped off Saturday with the expectation it would be looked at on Monday. It was not looked at until We The problem was with the EVAP system. It was dropped off Saturday with the expectation it would be looked at on Monday. It was not looked at until Wednesday and wasn't ready to be picked up until Friday afternoon. Communication was very poor and we had to call multiple times per day just to reach a person and find out what progress had been made. When we finally got the vehicle back we realized, in the pouring rain, that the wipers had been put on the car incorrectly. Upon fixing them we realized that our engine cover was missing, as well as the bolt covers for the wipers. We have put in multiple calls for several days now about this issue but the missing pieces of car have still not been located or returned to us. The level of customer service has been abysmal. This has been a terrible experience and I would never return to this location for any needed repairs. More
